7 years for a court date to prove he’s really a refugee, but 3 months to get paperwork done. Is it a coincidence that 7 years us usually the statute of limitations point?
They can even file for benefits in several states and have the $$ sent to one address. For decades the feds have not simply taken the SS#’s from each state’s welfare systems and compared them. This is something that could be done for a few thousand dollars.
