Is the Deep State activating HAARP to disrupt the Iowa Caucus?
We all know @NikkiHaley has a lot of friends in the defense industry and Military industrial complex. She’s losing in Iowa, and now Iowa is set to get hit with a ONCE IN A DECADE blizzard as Donald Trump is set to dominate the Iowa Caucus.
Is the Deep State using HAARP to rig the Iowa Caucus?

I have no idea what she’s talking about. What is HAARP?
HAARP is an array of antennas that can direct RF energy to a specific layer of the atmosphere (such as a sub-layer of the ionosphere) and cause that layer to reflect certain other frequencies of RF energy. IOW, it creates a big reflector in the sky. Another signal is then bounced off of that layer.
From what I have read, many folks think it was built as a tomography system to look for hollowed-out mountains.

I lived in central Iowa, Altoona Iowa to be specific until 1977. Altoona was at that time, a fairly small community outside Des Moines.
Storms like this were NOT uncommon. Geez. Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of the plains and the jet stream knew this almost instinctively. It's not rocket science.
There were 6 planes that were continually crisscrossing the skies over the NC coast a few weeks ago. This went on for several days and the skies went from pure blue to an overcast white as their streaks spread out and did not dissipate.
Can’t be, I have it on good authority that Trump has reserved HAARP for the General Election.

I see that happening here in York, PA, on occasion, too. IIRC, they used to call them “chemtrails”, instead of “contrails”. I never paid much attention to it all. Nothing was ‘glowing’ at night, nor were pets dropping dead when being walked outside... yet.
