Jason Kelce is calling it a career after 13 NFL seasons.
The Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro center told his teammates in the locker room after Monday’s season-ending wild card loss to the Buccaneers that he is retiring, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The 36-year-old future Hall-of-Famer was visibly upset on the sidelines at the end of Philadelphia’s 32-9 loss at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
Kelce appeared to be crying during the final seconds of the game when ESPN cameras panned to him on the sidelines.
“That looks like a man filled with emotion right now,” said Troy Aikman, who was calling the game with Joe Buck in the booth.
Kelce — who was set to become a free agent in March — then shared an exchange and a hug with his longtime offensive line coach, Jeff Stoutland.

Thanks, I won’t remember that next week...............
“then shared an exchange and a hug with his longtime offensive line coach, Jeff Stoutland.”
Taylor turned him gay.
Wonder if Kelce is vaxxed and boosted...
Cowboy fans should be having a good laugh because nobody hates Dallas more than Philadelphia. Something I never quite understood.
😜🤦♂️✌.......................
There’s no crying in FB.
They were undefeated until the Jets beat them a few weeks ago. How pathetic is that?
We are division rivals since the beginning...............
Long time Giants fan celebrates embarrassing losses by the hated Eagles and the hated Cowboys!
Please note that it’s only sports hate, not REAL hate!
As pathetic as losing to the Giants as well.
Yeah, I’m sorta rooting for him since he only had a 1 year deal with Tampa bay. They have big problems next week.
I can probably help you think of a way to remember the difference. What comes out of the butt? If you put that on your head (ie. Butthead) your hair is darker than Beavis’ hair.
I hear that but it’s the level of hatred for Dallas that’s odd. You dont hear it in Dallas like you hear it in Philly.
Travis will retire after they lose to the Bills.
The Swifty circus must end.
She will then dump Mr. Pfizer.
So be it.

I was an Iggles fan for the first 30 years of my life, and have been a Bucs fan for the last 40 years, minus the “kneeldown” years. It was a wondrous time to watch the Bucs mangle Philly. Having said that, I have nothing but respect for Jason Kelce, and he can hold his head high, on two counts: he gave the Eagles ten very good years of offensive line work, and he will never have a Taylor Swift song written about him, unlike that other Kelce.
I wouldn't bet on that...................
Her biological clock is ticking and she ain’t got a lot of time to go shopping for another suitable mate...............
They are pretty consistent at losing in the first round. Philly looked unbeatable first 11 games. I think the @$$ whipping the cowboys gave them, followed by San Fran broke them.
As the local sports guy said after the game, from this point on Tampa Bay is playing with house money. Personally, I think the Bucs/Lions game is going to be close, and I'll be happy with either side winning: the Bucs because they're my local team, and the Lions because I'd love to see them beat either the Niners or the Packers and get into SuperBowl Whatevertheromannumeralis.
