Based on the photos I’ve seen the loose bolts look like an installation error not an engineering error… unless the engineers gave the wrong torque specs or something for the maintenance folks.

True, but I've worked with some pretty legit, squared away women engineers, scientists and pilots too.

The problem is not with women in general, it's with a specific subset - the diversity hires and the woke mindset bad attitude cases .
