Remember those MASS GRAVES found at Indian schools in Canada? The “bodies” turned out to be rocks and roots of trees. No dead Indian children found. But people want to believe in the mass graves so bad they refuse to give up that claim!

Looks like landfill bunker. Maybe an outdoor storage lot to put building materials and/or construction equipment. The burm would look more natural to passersby, than a chain link fence, wall, or a big shed.
I don’t think those pervs are so stupid that they would bury victims in such a manner. They have a LOT to hide.
If I were a really rich guy on an island in the ocean, and I wanted to dispose of some bodies, I think I would look to the ocean rather than the land. There are ways to sink bodies so that they stay sunk.
More horrific things than sexual abuse were occurring on the island.
