One thing he doesn't talk about is the possibility of elements within our country who WANT this to happen.
IMHO, the tell of those elements would be to actually visibly side with the perps (the dumb ones), or those using the destabilization to clamp down even further on what they percieve as their domestic enemies (case in point: FISA and section 702 abuses, J6 political prisoners, the 'deplatformed/demonetized').
I do agree with his last paragraph in the article.
You may note his typical snark is missing in this article....

The elite are NOT incompetent. They are CORRUPT. They care only about enriching themselves and perks that go along with being in power. They are bought and paid for by wealthy donors who care about themselves.
Thus, the reason, we see more than $100 billion poured into Ukraine but were told $3.5 billion for a border wall was too costly.

I think it is more than possible. The cartels now get $10k to lead economic opportunists to be processed by border agents. Does anyone really think they don’t have pricier concierge service which guarantees undetected, no questions asked entry?

Not incompetence but intelligent design.
GOPe is the silent partner as the fundamental transformation of America continues.
It’s all over now, for the Red, White and Blue.

Whatever does happen, it will be blamed on white Christians in rural areas who have .22LR rifles in their closets.

Exactly what I was thinking. Recall that the Left has a habit of accusing its enemies of exactly what it plans to do. When they call evangelical Christians and traditional Catholics, "potential domestic terrorists", I immediately think to myself that the Left is going to aid and abet a domestic terror attack and attempt to blame in on one of those groups.

The people running this country have made choices – like throwing open the border – that are going to kill a lot of Americans because our enemies, unlike our alleged leaders, are serious people.I pray he is wrong but I think he is right.
