I loved those Deville's and Fleetwood's. Beautiful cars

The 90s had my least favorite Cadillacs.

Yes the cars of the 60’s were about the only way to travel planes were to unsafe and like trains most didn’t go near where you wanted to go.
Seen the USA many times my my Chevrolet pop had a caddy comfort all the way.

While the 1992 Cadillac Brougham was the last of the full-sized Cadillacs, it had two headlamps like the 1990 and 1991 did, making the 1989 Cadillac Brougham (with four headlamps) the last of the full-sized Cadillacs that looked good.
The smaller ones since the 1990s are a bad attempt to make some Euro-luxury-sport-car instead of a luxury land yacht.
GM should have started a new line for those smaller cars instead of corrupting the Cadillac brand. (Not that the 1980s Cadillac Cimarron hadn't already made it a joke).

In the mid-80's I owned a 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix, similar to this one. Red interior but had a tan Landau Roof. I drove that thing into the ground, and then I sold it for more than I paid for it. :)

“The Cimarron was a fading memory.”

Completely faded from my memory. I had to look it up, because I wasn’t sure what the article was referring to. Apparently on the market from ‘82-‘88. I got out of the Navy in ‘82 and was driving a 1979 Datsun 210 5-speed hatchback that got 48 mpg highway and never broke down.

I still remember my dad’s Cadillac. It felt like piloting a ship when I drove it.

My dad bought our Eldorado brand new in 1970 for $9,702.05. it was Firemist metallic red with tan leather interior.
500 cubic inches, 425 HP front wheel drive, street racer! I saw him shut down a 440 CUDA between street lights!
