What would happen if by reason of a court’s decision, Trump were prevented from winning the nomination or the general election?

The Supreme court will split the difference and require that Donald Trump’s name be listed on ballots in Spanish as Donaldo Trumpero.

Why would a state court finding apply to all 50 states?

We’ll all just have to write in President Trump to get an American back on the ballot.

Scarborough is wishing the end of democracy, by taking away the voters’ wishes to vote for their preferred candidate.
Scarborough is wishing too much. Scarborough is wishing for the end of the U.S. and its constitution.

Yes the Dems really do want a civil war. This tells me they are confident of winning. Maybe it wasn't just senile maundering when Joe said they'd nuke the corn fields.
Burn it down, rule the ashes. It's already our foreign policy.

Ed Meese has some analysis on 14:3 and claims it was repealed by two legislative acts.
But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove
such a disability.10
The last sentence in Section 3 giving Congress the authority to
“remove” the disability imposed by the amendment is unique. While seven
amendments have language giving Congress the “power to enforce” each
amendment “by appropriate legislation,” only the Fourteenth Amendment
has language giving Congress the power to specifically void the provisions

Amendment’s ratification, Congress exercised its power under Section 3
and passed the Amnesty Act of 1872 with the required two-thirds vote in

I’ve also been guilty of commenting on articles without reading them, but JOE SCARBOROUGH WAS NOT ON THE SHOW TODAY.
It was NBC News reporter Vaughn Hillyard, not Scarborough, who said that if SCOTUS affirms the Colorado ruling, Trump would likely be off the ballot in all 50 states.
