There's less and less time for any of Donald Trump's rivals to convince Republican voters not to support the front-runner in the 2024 presidential primary that starts next month -- but Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' campaign maintains that he is "riding a wave of momentum" going into Wednesday night's debate.
That's according to a new memo to donors and supporters that was obtained by ABC News.
"Only one candidate will be focused on fighting for, winning for, and leading the American people - and that candidate is Ron DeSantis," Uthmeier wrote.

Everyone knows Trump has many flaws.
That said, we are in a Civil War. Trump is the only one big enough to fight the Deep State, MSM and DNC simultaneously.
Instead they are first graders slinging poo.
Tell folks why they should vote for you. How their lives will improve if you win.

Still time, Trump keeps whining daily, the voting hasn’t even started yet. And apparently DeSantis is scaring Trump and supporters, they’re spending lots of money and energy to try to beat him down at every opportunity.
Lighten up Francis.
DeSantis owes absolutely Trump nothing. Trump tried to sabotage DeSantis the week before last year’s gubernatorial election but failed miserably.
Trump and his surrogates mule on daily about “DeSanctamonious, Little D, Meatball, DeSoros, wears lifts, DeSanctus, backstabber, blah blah blah” and then have the audacity to claim that DeSantis should act as if he is one of Trumps 500 dollar per hour attorneys. Get real.
Trump is also afraid to debate DeSantis citing the very polls he bitched about every single year except this year bc the corporate media show Trump as leading.
This strategy is very risky, because if DeSantis wins in Iowa, the polls will be exposed as being completely unreliable yet again, and it will show that Trump can no longer hide behind his keyboard. Trump would have to debate, or come up with some other excuse for being afraid to debate DeSantis on actual issues instead of name calling.
I have noticed the Media’s game.
Priority 1- jail Trump. I
Priority 2- If they can’t jail Trump, then pick the designated loser.
I think that they are convinced that No. 1 is a done deal. Soooo, any story about Nicky McRomBush Haley has her “surging.” Any story about DeSantis has him DOA.
If I had to choose between the two, it would be DeSantis by a mile. The fact that the media is pushing Haley, is all I need to know about her.
DeSantis has NO CHANCE in Iowa NONE!!
What if I am a Republican voter who is already convinced to vote for Trump?
I will vote for him, and I’m not going to change my mind.
He’s not willing to go after anyone. Nikki Birdbrain remains untouched by him. He’s not much of a fighter on the campaign trail. Has he pointed out even one time the Birdbrain is a globalist stooge
If Trump doesn’t win Iowa, he will quickly move the goalposts and claim that Iowa doesn’t matter and Trump followers such as yourself will be quick to agree.
