That is one reason I started taking Zinc, along with Vitamin D, C, and I have full prescription of Ivermectin I can fall back on if necessary.

Is that clip from Kentucky Fried Movie? I seem to remember that they had a parody of the old 1950s PSA on some chemical or other. In the movie, everything started falling apart, including the woman’s bra. It was actually quite hilarious.

I hate these “studies” because once they’re published and the general public gets wind of them, you can’t afford to buy the damned product anymore. Supply is overwhelmed by demand, the cost skyrockets, hoarding takes hold, and then it’s hello scarcity. Always some SOB somewhere with a lot of money in the market who needs to get richer quicker, so they bankroll studies like this to spike global demand. Could even be foreign money doing it.

I started my vitamin and Ivermectin regimen back in 2020 when Covid was at it’s worst supposedly, a few of the vitamins will be hard to outstrip the supply, vitamin C especially.

Which products are unaffordable now? I know ivermectin spiked for a while but is back to around $11 at farm supply stores. Gone from Amazon, though.

May I inquire as to the dosages of zinc and copper you take now? I’ve been hearing a lot about zinc lately and I will probably start taking it as well, I just don’t want to overdo it. Thanks.

My D3 tested 170 ng/dl and I was faithful about taking the quercetin/zinc. Still infected by COVID in Jan 22 and Jan 23. The 22 infection was passed to my poodle and killed her in two days. Both times were about 10 days of symptoms.

I take about 25mg zinc regularly in my multi. However, for a virus,
I will up that to 50mg and add to my regiment 1000 mg Vitamin C (plus bioflavonoids),
and 50mg Bioactive Quercetin EMIQ (Enzymatically Modified Isoquercitrin).

If I come down with Covid-19, I will add NAC to my regimen.
The article speaks about oxidative stress which COVID-19 causes because the spike protein binds with the ACE2 receptors of the endothelial cells. This blocks the body's signaling to produce more antioxidants (glutathione).
Taking NAC will cause the body to generate more glutathione, which cancels out the oxidative stress.

May I inquire as to the dosages of zinc and copper you take now?I take Zinc Balance by Jarrow Formulas. Each capsule contains 15mg of zinc and 1mg of copper. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I also take, among other things, Quercitin daily. Quercitin helps your cells to absorb the zinc.
