May I inquire as to the dosages of zinc and copper you take now? I’ve been hearing a lot about zinc lately and I will probably start taking it as well, I just don’t want to overdo it. Thanks.
I take Zinc Balance by Jarrow Formulas. Each capsule contains 15mg of zinc and 1mg of copper. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I also take, among other things, Quercitin daily. Quercitin helps your cells to absorb the zinc.
