A Chinese military scientist who was reportedly thrown to his death from the roof of a Wuhan institute is at the centre of mounting evidence that the Covid pandemic resulted from a lab leak.
Intelligence obtained by members of the US Senate reveals that Zhou Yusen filed a patent for a Covid-19 vaccine on February 24, 2020, barely a month after China put Wuhan into lockdown because of the outbreak.
US vaccine developers told investigators that it would have been impossible to have generated the data cited in the patent so swiftly – it would have taken about three months' work, meaning that scientists at the Wuhan Institute for Virology were secretly working on a Covid vaccine in November, two months before Beijing told the world about the pandemic.

How convenient for them just like when one of the main CCP scientists who worked on COVID like viruses in Wuhan “fell” to his death from the roof of a Wuhan lab. right after the Pandemic began.

One aspect of this...they (the science-crowd and investors) could have done all of this without the top leadership of China grasping what was going on, and the strategy being...you invent the virus and the vax at the same time...making billions off the situation.

The COVID outbreak began long before the lockdown in Wuhan. Reports have suggested that COVID began in the early fall of 2019.

Absolutely they planned to profit from it. However, it’s a modern biological laboratory, so getting the Virus out isn’t easy. Further, it’s China, so if you do something like that they aren’t just going to go after you...they are going to make your family disappear. Then your significant other ends up on display in an multinational anatomy exhibit. Nope, the virus was first characterized in North Carolina, then it was moved to Wuhan, all for ‘enhancement’. The release from that type of facility would be gross incompetence despite safeguards or deliberate. If it was incompetence, or an inside job, the Communists would have locked everything down-especially worldwide travel- to cover it up.
What we know is that the government of China was sequestering PPE and allowed people to fly to foreign nations after they knew it was a problem. That’s not damage control or ‘saving face’.

Moderna applied for a patent for COVID 19 in Jan 2020. So, no, it doesn’t take time greater than a year. The real problem with the vaccines is developing and proof testing the manufacturing process, not the design of the vaccine.
