The Washington Post's Leigh Ann-Caldwell said Sunday that "Bidenomics" has become a "negative word" within the Democratic Party as President Biden has struggled to get his economic message across to translate with voters.
NBC News "Meet the Press" host Kristen Welker asked Caldwell about Biden's "low marks" on the economy. She added that Democrats believe he needs to shift away from the "Bidenomics" messaging.
"'Bidenomics'’ has really become a negative word, especially among Democrats because it’s not working," she said.
Caldwell said she was texting with some Democratic lawmakers over the weekend and that they said it was "not looking good" for Biden.
"These members said that it is just not looking good for President Biden politically out there, that he would probably lose some swing states if the election were held today. So they have a lot of work to do to once again, like I said, to try to get credit for the successes that he’s had over the past two years, which he keeps on getting blamed for everything bad that’s happened," she said.
MSNBC host Symone Sanders said she was confident the Biden campaign understood that the "Bidenomics" message was not working.
Several recent polls have pointed to bad news for the president. A Fox News poll released in November found that 78% of voters rate the economy negatively.
The same poll found that 67% of voters don’t see any signs the economy has started to turn the corner. Biden also had a 40% approval rating among voters.

What’s interesting about this...I noticed last week that some millionaires in the US now consider themselves as ‘middle-class’, and earning enough to be in the paycheck-to-paycheck status.
Looking back at the era of 1929 to 1940s...I think we are fairly close to the same landscape. Between car repossessions and defaults on home loans...it’s not a stable liquidity environment for banks.

I am reminded of the old joke about the ad agency asked by their client to explain why an expensive TV blitz was failing to boost sales of their particular brand of dog food. After poring through their voluminous marketing research, the ad men explained the problem: most dogs did not like that brand of food.
Even Democrats are smart enough to recognize a polished turd, and the polishers are getting nothing but dirty hands.
The Democrats told everyone to hate Trump and that he colluded with Russia. The Democrats said that Trump was using his position to investigate the Biden family as a dirty trick, with no basis for such investigations. The Democrats were sure that Joe Biden would unify the country. He didn’t. They were sure that his spending policies would cause a fast recovery, it didn’t. They claimed he was for the working man and middle class, he is destroying them. The Democrats said that raising minimum wage was the answer, now no one can afford housing. The Democrats say that inflation is a ‘false’, because apparently the 40% that still approve don’t have to shop or worry about money. The Democrats claimed that Joe Biden would bring peace, and all he brought was wars and instability. They promised he wasn’t too old, yet can’t even walk up stairs. The Democrats promised open borders would help the country, yet nobody can afford the illegals. The Democrats promised Joe Biden would protect social security, yet the amount doesn’t keep up with inflation and the fund is accelerating its collapse. The Democrats promised the market would boom with their policies, and it doesn’t come close to keeping up with inflation. The Democrats promised to protect democracy, while more and more evidence of voter fraud and crooked courts comes out. The Democrats said that Trumps Middle East peace plan was horrible, and destroyed it for Joe Biden’s Iran first policy…anybody think that is working? Joe Biden forced people to take shots, with a vaccine that dint stop spread of the disease, and now appears to cause birth problems and cancer. The Democrats told everyone they couldn’t see the video for Jan 6th for security reasons, but it turns out it demonstrates the police fired into a legal and peaceful crowd first and murdered people. The Democrats told us to embrace diversity, while they have organized antisemitism worldwide and funded it. The Democrats claim to be for ‘blue collar’ worker while they have destroyed energy production and real manufacturing, sending jobs overseas.
All that and the Democrats still support Joe Biden, and 40% believe his economic policies are working. Like HAMAS, you can’t fix that kind of broken. Can we vote ourselves out of this quagmire of destruction and gaslighting anymore?

You hear about blacks leaving the D plantation. Hispanics not on board either, in greater numbers. Many lifelong D’s realizing it’s now nothing more than a far left Marxist crap hole.
Yet the approval number never moves.
With the D’s...it’s *always* about the messaging, i.e. LYING. They never think it’s about substance, just how they can spin the narrative and influence what people believe.
It’s a LOT harder to do when you’re talking about dollars in the pocket, you can say what you want but it doesn’t magically make more of them appear!
Bidenomics is the exact inverse of Reaganomics.
More Taxes.

More Government Spending.

So, what were those “successes”? Could someone list them for me? I can’t come up with any. Maybe it is just that I have a different definition for the word.
Despite what the propagandists say repeatedly, we the great WalMart and Burger King Unwashed are NOT STUPID.
