Even opinions are not necessarily "propaganda" if they are properly identified as opinions and not just opinions masquerading as "facts".

But, ultimately, the word "propaganda" means something both misleading and malicious and those words describe everything we see from Russian outlets, based on their Old Soviet agit-prop models.

Ukrainian information is in the western mode, meaning fact based with opinions identified as such.

Which is not to claim Ukrainians are perfect -- is the US media perfect? -- but they are manifestly levels above the Old Soviet KGB agit-prop we see from the Kremlin.

A huge storm in the Black Sea has wrecked Russian defenses in Crimea and devastated Sochi, an important port city on Russia’s wester coast. Trenches, coastal barriers and firing position were washed away from Yevpatoriya, on the western coast of Crimea, close to Sevastopol. Local reports said winds gusted up to 80mph, with waves of up to 30ft.

Meanwhile in Sochi, Russia’s largest resort city, similar scenes played out. Footage showed huge waves washing ashore, damaging buildings and inundating promenades along the sea front.

Crimea’s west coast is an important front in Russia’s war with Ukraine and was vulnerable to special forces raids even before the storm hit. Meanwhile Sochi houses a resort used by Putin to host world leaders and is an important symbol of his personal power.

For starters, there seems to be some kind of sickness bubbling inside Karliner's brain, causing him to babble incoherently.
My suspicion would be that Karliner has been drinking Russian propaganda KoolAid sewage directly from the Kremlin's propaganda sewer pipes.

So, by definition, what is the difference between a more-or-less ordinary, garden variety fascist (a national socialist like, say, Mussolini or Franco), and devil-spawn Nazis?
There's only one additional element -- racism generally, specifically, antisemitism.
If you take a more-or-less ordinary fascist and add racism/antisemitism, you turn him into a Nazi.

And since Ukrainians have constitutionally elected people of Jewish ancestry, it's impossible to claim, by definition, that they are even ordinary fascists, much less devil's-spawn Nazis.
