Jon Lovitz beat up Andy Dick for his role in getting Phil Hartman’s wife back on cocaine ultimately leading to Hartman’s wife murdering him and then killing herself. I don’t know Lovitz’s politics, but I’ve always had respect for him after confronting Andy Dick.
