A Pennsylvania restaurant owner was arrested after he allegedly shot a 15-year-old boy who tried to snatch a tip jar from the counter, according to police.
Mohammed Hamdan, 39, allegedly shot the teenager several times on Friday night inside his restaurant, Hook Fish and Chicken in Stowe Township, just north of Pittsburgh, the Allegheny County Police Department said.
Police had received a report of shots fired around 10 p.m. Moments later, they received another call from the teen’s mother who said her son had been shot several times, according to a police report obtained by WTAE.

I’ve said this before.
When I got my CPL in Michigan, the instructor was very clear.
If you shoot someone, you are going to be arrested.
Period.
Weather or not you are charged is a whole nother ball game.
A few more of the vermin get taken out this way the sooner the thievery will stop.
And it just goes to show you. No matter what the topic is, there will be an applicable ‘Seinfeld’ reference.
As usual, the good guy is arrested.
Teach your kid not to steal, lady.
Maybe he's learned his lesson in spite of your parenting failure.
> If you shoot someone, you are going to be arrested. <
That’s a wise default position to take. And as the saying goes, “A lawyer is attached to every bullet.”
You mean like in “Gran Torino”?
Another son of Obeyme.
The owner should have said a Biden Grandchild was nearby.
Reminds me of the time the Secret Service cut loose on some people they thought were going to mess around with a car that belonged to a relative of a person that didn’t want anyone messing around with the car. We still don’t know if anybody was hit or killed.
Hopefully the kid won’t try that again.
Your observation needed further embellishment.
No.
Don't take people's stuff.
They are fond of it and not so fond of you.
I predict the young thief will never again steal for as long as he lives.
The cynical part of me says mom, the media, and some judge will make him the victim, and he’ll feel entitled to steal or do anything else he feels like doing from there on.
Thank you for that.
I may have taken some artistic liberties from the plot of Gran Torino (along with dozens of other Hollywood films) ;-)
““After reviewing surveillance recordings and speaking with witnesses, detectives found no evidence to suggest the male was armed or threatened Hamdan at any time,” Allegheny County police said in a statement.”
Foolishness by the owner. He’ll be paying way more than whatever was in the tip jar. And spending time incarcerated as well. Not worth it.
Are Soros DAs still not prosecuting thieves?
If so, then it’s not too much. It’s to be expected.
Just a slight correction: *BANG!* That ain’t yours!’’
LOL!
