The Israel-Palestine conflict is the latest narrative in the war of stories and is serving multiple strategic purposes. Aside from fueling the war economy, this conflict is having a particularly divisive effect on America. It is also being used as a pretext to bolster the Western censorship regime.

It is obvious that establishment forces want you hungry for this war; they might not even care which side you are on so long as you do pick a side. This article suggests that there is an alternative option, and it is one that the deep political establishment does NOT want you to consider.

It seems as though the permanent political class is in total agreement that the US should back Israel, despite the fact that a majority of American voters are not in favor of US support for Israel, many fearing that our involvement will only lead to broader conflict.

Elected officials are supposed to be working on behalf of their constituents, but if their constituents express reluctance to take a hard stance on a complicated foreign war and officials then choose to blatantly ignore those concerns, who do they really work for?

The answer all too often is: the donor class, particularly the military industrial complex.

It’s a childish and dangerous mentality.
It also is intertwined with useless platitudes.
“I stand with Israel.” What, specifically, does that mean?

I’m for America. Fix the border, and deport all illegals. I don’t care what the country of origin is.

I read the article, and a bit past. This segment several paragraphs past the end of the article reveals something of the mindset.

RFK Jr. has been a stalwart supporter of Israel, going so far as to oppose a renewal of the Iran nuclear deal.

(As a side note, RFK has so far failed to outwardly comprehend that much of Iran’s aggression over the last half century is a result of the Western-led destruction of Iranian democracy via military coup initiated by none other than then-CIA Director Allen Dulles, a man who is widely believed to have had a hand in the assassination of his uncle in 1963.)

He seems to think that it is extremely pro-Israel to oppose the Iranian nuclear deal. I'm happy to let Israel take care of Israel's issues, but I am certainly against the Iranian nuclear deal.

Excellent post! A delightfully smarmy and dismissive take on the transhistorical battle between good and evil whose contributors, participants and victors, living and killed, make it possible for him to speak freely. This piece would go over well in, say, Soviet Russia or Hamas-controlled Gaza... As long as it was understood it would only be read by the enemy!

Israel can handle it’s own issues, if everyone else will simply let them take care of business without having to endure the constant drumbeat of the poor wittle Palis who, by the way, were given fair warning as well as plenty of time to vacate the area.

Iran will take no direct action against Israel or the USA.
It can not risk an attack against its nuclear facilities, refineries, command centers or petroleum export facility.

Literally one of two well placed smart bombs could stop 80% of Iran’s oil exports. This is because they load almost all tankers on ONE island.

In addition they just received 6 Billion back from the USA. Plus we have relaxed oil sanctions(most likely as a direct request from the Chinese).

So, the last thing Iran wants to do is give any reason for Israel and the USA to directly attack them. Not to mention that an attack by the US could lead to an overthrow of the Mullahs.

I take issue with him saying most Americans are against Israel and the war. It will end up being a war that ends all wars. The Book of Revelation says so. This guy must be an atheist.

27 attacks on US bases so far in Iraq and Syria....who ya think is coordinating these attacks? I guess US solders need to die before we take an offensive instead of this weak defensive posture........13 died in Afghanistan and we did nothing.
We are going down the same path of weakness and the President needs to have his speech ready to tell the families when US soldiers return to Edwards......

Well, the Book of Revelation says there will be a war to end all wars. It does not say this is going to be that one.

You would think that would be common sense.
