If you want to sugar-coat it by calling it no-nonsense, fine. But let’s be honest. It was mean and nasty.
Many of us are no-nonsense. Some even refer to it as pragmatic!
There really isn’t constant dwelling - it only comes up when someone keeps mentioning hoosiermama because she wants her sidekick back on the train.

I have always loved having house plants all over the house.
I had a, really I don’t know what to call it, and I got rid of all but a very few.
One YUGE plant I had babied for over 20 years even taking it with us when we evacuated in 2021, much smaller then, but I got rid of it.
I do this from time to time.
Had a cup collection going back over 35 years, most went to the VA thrift store.
Collected anything cow, most all gone now.
The only thing I don’t just dump is my family and friends.😊

Canada Set to Take 500,000 Palestinian Refugees Due to “Lenient” Immigration Policy
The displacement of Palestinian civilians in Gaza due to the ongoing war with Israel could lead to millions of refugees, which Israel suggested a large portion could be sent to Canada.
The Israeli Intelligence Ministry floated a plan in a “concept paper,” which said Canada would be an ideal candidate for Palestinian refugees due to PM Justin Trudeau’s “lenient” immigration policy.
According to talk on Parliament Hill, the number of refugees that could be headed for Canada could be as high as 500,000.
Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Minister Marc Miller strongly suggested Canada would be quite prepared to accept the shipment of refugees.

We have a housing shortage, a money shortage, a job shortage and, it would appear, a brain shortage.

Several South American countries have severed ties with Israel and sided with HAMAS. My guess is they’ll take refugees and send to our open border.
