These rogue judges are completely out of control. But remember, we never have “standing”. The left ALWAYS has ‘standing’ no matter how whacky their legal theories are.
How is this not discriminatory? To deliberately draw voting maps based upon race would seem to be discriminatory on its face.
Put people in districts using their last name.
Imagine a state had three districts.
District 1: A-G
District 2: H-P
District 3: Q-Z
I would vote in the District 1 race since my last name is Griffin.
This would be totally fair and not have a racist bias.
Tired of losing yet? If you aren’t, there will be plenty more opportunities going forward.
This would have the opposite effect of turning Georgia blue.
It would concentrate Democrat votes in a few districts, strengthening Republican proportions in the others.
This was the general effect of carving out majority-minority districts through previous rounds of racial gerrymandering.

Why doesn’t he just abolish the legislature? Or for that matter, why doesn’t he just get rid of elections altogether and select the representatives himself.
You see were this guy is going? He basically made himself the defacto ruler of Georgia.
Why how racist can a judge get without being called to task for it.
What if all the blacks move to another district? would they have to redraw the map again?

Racist Judge Steve C. Jones needs to be impeached, convicted, and disbarred, then highly encouraged to leave the United States and never return.
Maybe just get out the old segregation days maps from basement storage. Overlay them on 2023 and use a layer of plastic film to trace them with Sharpie lines.
Voila. Black only and white only.
If Georgians are doing the American Thing and does not have many locations where there is a “Black-Majority” available in abundance, but Whites and Blacks living along side each other which is the normal.
This judge should join the long list of American judges who are ...shall I say... A LITTLE RACIST?
