Harvard University employs about 1,352 full-time administrators for every 1,000 undergraduate students enrolled at the university, an analysis conducted by The College Fix found.
This is more than a nine percent increase from the 2013-14 school year, when there were 1,240 administrators per 1,000 students, according to the analysis, which used data provided by Harvard to the federal Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System.
During the 2021-22 school year, the most recent year for which data are available, Harvard had 10,120 full-time administrators and support staff on its payroll; in contrast, it had 3,899 full-time teaching and instructional staffers. The total number of undergrads that year was 7,483.

Colleges have turned into greedy money indoctrination centers. In the 70s, it was cheaper to send your kid to college than to house him in the basement. Tuition at my state university was $3/hr making a regular 3 hr course $9. As a reference, minimum wage was $2.30/hr. Taking 18-21 hr/sem and going summers could shave off 1.5 years to graduate early saving $$$. That was before today’s high school AP classes but then we didn’t have to take all the hooey woke stuff. It was $7/semester to have a dorm room without a roommate (don’t get me started on wacko roommates). Students worked or volunteered as support staff. Today, students turn down campus jobs because they pay lowly insulting minimum wage and only take 9 hs/sem whining that’s too hard.
Those who can, do.
Those who can’t, teach.
Those who can’t do either, administrate .
I’d love to know how many of these ‘administrators’ were unemployed Democrat politicians.
Let me re-phrase. It is hard for CIS gendered white people to get into the poison Ivy League of reprobates.
This kind of waste can be documented for just about every college/university in the country...
