Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was robbed of his luxury jewelry at gunpoint early Friday morning outside a Los Angeles hotel, according to media reports.

Robinson, 29, was leaving a hotel when two armed men approached and demanded his jewelry, law enforcement sources told TMZ.

Well, he’s in California. It’s not safe anymore. Where’s his bodyguard?

I am surprised more people like him don’t have personal security.

That happened in Atlanta a while back.

Player, can’t remember who, was in a Waffle House took all his stuff and his vehicle. I think he had a Hummer.

Cops find the car and he goes to the Property Section to get the paperwork to get it out of impound and sees the guy that robbed him. Wearing some of the jewelry he stole the night before.

Fun times in Atlanta.

I cannot fathom spending that kind of money on jewelry, much less wearing it out.

I’d look at something that gaudy or flashy and figure it’s fake.

I am a Rams fan, and I didn’t even know we had this journeyman. With Kupp and Nacua, he really shouldn’t be dressing like he is that special.
