Well he’s actually on his way so don’t tell me this wasn’t planned from the start. In normal times I would be angered by such disrespect to my POTUS. But this shows the every American how much the POTATOUS is disrespected throughout the world.

The way this works is the Dept of State works out the details and the agreements in advance. When the president goes anywhere it’s just to put the stamp of approval on whatever has already been decided. This means whatever State wanted the other participants refused to agree to. The fact that the announcement comes from the other sides says that this has been handled with utmost amateurishness. This is Hillary Clinton levels of not knowing what is going on.
