In a TikTok video that recently surfaced on Twitter, a woman that claims she has a long background in human resources said that those who supported or attended freedom convoy protests in Canada could lose their jobs, or find it difficult to get a new one.
The woman, who identified herself only as Tammy, said that she has spent over 10 years working in HR, and had "learned so, so much" during the few weeks that she has spent on TikTok.

I have a very few, very old references to me on the innerwebs that identify me as a conservative. In addition to being old, it was hell finding a job the last go around before retirement. Essentially, the last few jobs I got (great ones, btw) I got BECAUSE they knew I was conservative. I’m quite sure the H.R. managers who threw my stunning resume (tens of millions of bottom line value created) away were all leftists.
The CEOs need to get control of their HR departments. HR can kill a company.

What idiot put HR in charge of anything but parole and processing paperwork. HR is there to support employees, they are a support function nothing more.
When I worked in management if a HR person was pissing off my workers (i.e. the people get things done) they would get called to my office for a first class butt chewing. If they did it again I would termination them. If that was not supported by upper management I would transfer them to Detroit or a similar hell hole.

I thought they sent some of them, the not too Kulakky ones, to Siberia (to freeze).
When they came back, the Kulaks had survived, even flourished a little.
