The actions Trump took — efforts to overturn the 2020 election and calling on his supporters to march to the Capitol Building to “stop the steal” — were largely carried out in the public eye and the fact that he’s now been indicted both federally and in Georgia for those same actions may help make plaintiffs’ cases.

Their goal has been clear for a long time. In my opinion, that’s a flashpoint. The slippery slope turns into the edge of a cliff, and if people continue to do nothing (AKA “vote harder”) then we are all slaves for a century or more. 2024 decides everything.

Fulton County Georgia DA Willis apparently believes that those calling for recounts or even calling for Raffensperger’s resignation are criminals and should go to prison.
The comparison between Willis’ Grand Jury recommendations, and Trump’s 191 count indictment does not clearly answer how such acts are distinguishable as “crimes.”
Even though Trump has not been charged, let alone convicted, of insurrection (not even for incitement), these “get Trump” fanatics believe that he can be removed from the ballot simply because of his post-election conversations, his poor choice of words, and his delay in calling for supporters to leave the Capitol on J6.

During the georgia run-off election in Jan 2021, which by law should have taken place in Dec 2020 but Raffensberger allowed an extra month, Democrats were telling people to move to Georgia and register just so they could vote in the Senate run-offs.
