Ellendra! Don’t use this builder, LOL!
What? No Hookers? LOL!
Almost $32,000 per buyer.
“The nonprofit company”
Seems like Matthew profited somewhat. I would like to have $55k to blow in Vegas.
Getting tired of the term “non-profit” for a lot of reasons.
Holy Grounds? Blessed Coffee?
$6,000,000 ÷ 189 = $31,746 per tiny home.
There is a company near Athens, TX that builds “tiny homes” at about 22 bucks a sq ft. That’s crazy.
How else should other people’s money be spent?
A few paintings from Picasso Biden add up quickly.

When I read (not for profit), I knew. The only people who profit are the biggest guys at the top.
Tiny homes are for stupid liberal hippies. Regardless of how “tiny” they are you still have to pay all the same development fees as someone who builds a large custom home.
The folks at this non-profit spent money like a bunch of drunken BLM execs.
“A builder in Colorado owes $6 million to customers who never received their promised tiny homes after he allegedly blew the cash on race cars, real estate and lavish trips”
Well I’m glad he didn’t squander the money!

Website has the guy’s face, looks like a psycho shyster, just saying.
They’re cute but could never live in one. It irks me when I see families moving into one - I feel sorry for the kids, especially the teens. It would be nice if you could find free property to put the house on. Sell your expensive home and buy a small house for 35,000 sounds nice. Great for retirees if they put the bedroom on the first floor but takes up more space. The lofts are impossible to get to on a ladder for us older folks.
When I was involved in a start up non profit, the lawyer informed me that in Iowa, no one had successfully sued a non profit.
