Star Trek(TOS) was a rating disappointment, it was only when it went to syndication, that it got its cult status.
Face it. Not as big a day for all of us here as Juneteenth.
But where, I ask, would FR be without “He’s dead, Jim”?
Nowhere.
If I remember correctly, after the first season the plastic scale model sold in stores was so accurate it was used in some scenes for filming the show.
