Okay, so maybe Nixon shouldn’t have just resigned, but how did the CIA get the whole watergate thing to go down in the first place?
Tucker earned a lot of political capital with his firing. So why is he in tin foil hat territory? Granted he may on to something no one else could prove but reigniting the embers doesn’t get us anywhere unless he shows solid ACTIONABLE proof. Right now he’s just pushing buttons. He’s been hanging out with Vivek.

Nixon dug his own grave- didn’t need much help form the Deep State. BTW, the Deep State was alive and well back then even though you’re almost certainly are not going to hear an actual definition of the “The Deep State”. Here it is for whoever’s interested:

What I find pathetic about it, is all the Republicans who didn’t have a problem with the Watergate take out.
They remind me of the kind of Republican that gets giddy about Trump’s lawfare cases.
Nixon sucked. He and his Kissinger gang did nothing but kiss commie ass. Gave us the EPA. His removal got us Reagan. So the CIA failed too.
I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK and that he was the sole and only assassin.
I reject the JFK conspiracy theories so to me this is a bad look for Tucker.
BUT, so many people have doubts about the official explanation that maybe it’s a wash for him as far as his credibility.
Plus he may be shielded somewhat by the fact that the left has been a promoter of the JFK conspiracy theories. For instance the Oliver Stone movie which helped to mainstream them.
Mostly good, but I don’t think that is what is meant by “Who shot John”.

The true purpose of the 9/11 commission was to, via the media telecasts of the commision’s hearings, put the blame for 9/11 on GWBush, when 99.99% of the actual intelligence errors were made by intelligence and National Security Council folks that in GWBushes first nine months had not been replaced.
Later GWBush would get further tested by the deep state over the Plame affair, at the end of which Bush pushed Scooter Libby under the bus to hopefully quiet the voices against him. It did not work.
Nixon wasn’t that popular.

Johnson wasn’t popular either.

And Nixon never said he had a secret plan to end the war.
