A young couple was shot and killed on Labor Day while sitting in a car with their one-year-old baby in gun-controlled Los Angeles, California.

FOX 11 reported the incident occurred in Harbor City around 6:40 p.m.

The couple, 21-year-old Carlos Loera and 18-year-old Ashley Guzman, were simply inside the car with their baby when the shots rang out. Loera died at the scene and Guzman died at a hospital.

The baby was in a booster seat and only suffered minor wounds from bullet fragments.

You know, more gun laws would have prevented this.

Think how much worse it could’ve been if California had no gun restrictions.

Democrats are so stupid. The only thing gun control laws do is keep guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens. Criminals can always get them regardless of the number of gun control laws.

It’s all about getting the guns out of the hands of law-abiding people, so as to clear the path to their revolution.

If they were doing a drug deal with the 1-year-old in the car, it’s a blessing for the child to be with someone else.

RIGHT! More gun laws!

Well, lets see...California...
One gun buy a month—Check.
Must be 21 years of age to buy-Check.
The gun must be stored with a state-approved locking device in a locked container,-Check.
Ammunition must be kept separate from the weapon.-Check
Handgun and rifle registration-Check.
Background checks-Check.
Ban on A-s-s-ault rifles.-Check.
Ten day Waiting Periods-Check.
Red Flag law-Check
FBI checks-check.
Only California approved hand guns allowed-Check.
Tax on ammo-Check.
Background check for ammo purchases-Check.
Age limit of 21 for all guns. Check.
Micro-stamping -Check.
Age limit for ammo-Check.
Gun free zone-Check.
Ban on large magazines-Check.
No private individual sales-Check.
No buying out of state and bringing them into California.

So what new scheme and dream will they come up with?

El Chapo’s full name is Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera.

“Guzmán” is number 36 on Wikipedia’s list of top Mexican surnames, but “Loera” does not appear on any of Wikipedia's lists for Spain, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Rep., Puerto Rico, or Guatemala.

Ancestry.com’s “Loera” page says it is a Mexican name, most concentrated in the U.S. in Texas.

Wiktionary says “Loera” “is the 2,726th most common surname in the United States, belonging to 13,218 individuals.”
