Ok now I’m sitting here trying to figure out what “an ****” is. Almost every 4-letter noun I can think of starts with a consonant.

Sorry Mr. Charlie Redd, judging a dining establishment on one bite is exactly what many people do.
It's the same with a contractor, a car mechanic, a doctor, a medical group, a barber, and several other personal interactions where one bad service would steer a patron somewhere else.
Warning others through a review is a personal choice of the patron.
I watched the video of it on the Tucker on X video. It was pretty funny. The pizza shop owner was a douche.
Pizza is an esoteric commodity.
The places sell what the locals buy. It’s not a reflection of the purveyor, but of the local population who purchases it.
The two largest local purveyors here, sell a crust that is bready and is conveyor rack cooked rather than a Blodgett pizza oven. I prefer NY/Brooklyn thin crust, but that’s not what sells in this neck of the woods.
Really, who cares? More idol-worship! I mean who would ever base their food choices on some “alleged” celebrity’s recommendation. I’d have to try it myself, or not. But not because Dave Portnoy said so!
Actually, in Somerville, “**** you!” is a friendly greeting.
Portnoy is obviously not using his brain well if he gives “trash” a 6.4 out of 10 rating. “Trash” is usually some thing useless or worthless, yet he rates the pizza better than 50%.
I think Portnoy is just full of trash/himself, no room for anything decent.
