Ok now I’m sitting here trying to figure out what “an ****” is. Almost every 4-letter noun I can think of starts with a consonant.
“An ewok”...? “An adit”....? “An Advil”....?

Former sailor here, had the “vocabulary” to match back in the day... I think I’ve heard ALL the words there ever were and I’m clueless what it might be.
I suspect a couple of asterisks were omitted in order to make the report family-friendly. There’s only one possible epithet beginning with a vowel — an *******.
The N.Y. Post article spelled it out minus 1 letter...the FReeper copy & paste repost had the incorrect # of asterisks...should be “a******”
