That’s the way of all revolutions — a tiny fraction, a few percent, drive change and it snowballs. During the Revolutionary War, it’s been said one-third were Patriots, one-third were Tories, and one-third were Neutral “leave me alone.” It took twenty years to get from a handful of rabble rousers in Boston to that one-third of the population.
In my state, the COVID fiasco effectively ended in June 2020 despite the Nazi lockdown imposed by the governor. June was when the state lost its first big legal challenge against the lockdowns in state court, and the state basically operated under unenforceable orders for another year or so. The neurotic nitwits and losers who hid under their beds at the first sign of COVID didn’t need a lockdown order to stay there with bags over their faces.

I split time between CA and Idaho. In CA, strangers would tell you off on the trails miles from anywhere with a stiff breeze blowing and full sunshine if you weren’t wearing a mask.
In ID, the only place that gave me a grief for no mask was Wells Fargo Bank and that was probably because corporate told all branches what to do.
The chickens came home to roost. Our excellent community hospital is going broke because they fired all the unvaxxed staff, then had to hire traveling nurses. Their labor cost DOUBLED overnight. Now they are on the brink of financial disaster and may sell out to a private firm — after being funded for five decades by taxes!!
Agreed. Most people have been passified. TV, internet, sportsball games of all kinds, welfare and government retirements.
They were right. Give them bread and circuses and they will never revolt.

How many staff did they fire?
My wife works at a hospital and less than 10 were let go because of the vax. My daughter works at another—much larger system, and less than 20 were let go. Very few of those let go were nursing or clinical staff. Mostly they were housekeeping or other non clinical workers.
The nursing staff left because they were sick of the rules dealing with the processing of patients during COVID, or they left because they could “travel” and make $10k a week.
COVID caused a ton of early retirements through people sick of the business OR because they made so much they could move it ahead.
Getting fired for not taking the vax was a very, very small contributor too the problems in the hospital systems I know about first hand.

I’m not sure about the exact numbers. I stumbled upon a private watchdog group’s report on the financial health of the system and they were claiming that nursing labor expenses doubled. I do know that the system has shut down various programs such as the outpatient substance abuse program which is consistent with financial distress.
They’re definitely going to try it because the deepstate is getting desperate. And if that doesn’t work they will try something else. I envison a smorgasbord of kray kray coming our way courtesy of the satanic cult of criminals being allowed to act out in Washington DC.. If you think your head is about to explode now wait a couple of months.
There are LOTS of online schooling. You’re right there won’t be any lockdown. They will talk about it and refresh people’s memory of them, but by not locking down it subtly cement the vision of Trump’s responsibilty for them in the minds of uninformed voters.

We inhabit conservative forums, view conservative news sources, etc. It is easy to forget that while what info we are getting is a lot more accurate than others get, we are to a degree in an echo chamber in comparison to the world in general.
It is stunning to step out, look around, and realize how many people still accept as genuine what the government and its media lackeys say.
