At my age a few beers is fine. Hard liquor is bad for you at any age. I usually have a few each day. It’s my vitamin B,if you know what I mean.

I mean, that’s not going to help, but Bud and Bud Light was *awful* long before this. I do not understand why anyone with taste (as in the physical sense of taste, not the personal style) would drink either and haven’t for years.

beer on liquor ... get sicker
liquor on beer ... never fear
.... in any case the glass of water once in a while and big chug before bed is the key to a mild hang over.... or at least that's the way I remember it ... sort of

Drink beer only, drink water once in a while. I usually get tired of drinking before I get sloshed, and switch to coffee.
I have always gotten tired of things by 9-10pm. If it was a wedding reception or a party, I would go home and nap for an hour and come back. You can still dance and socialize, but the time between say 8-10pm is when people really get sloshed.
