Where did you get this quote? I don't do Facebook. That quote seems to be referencing the DG (Displacement Gryo) tumbling, but that was only a part of Abba-jabba-seven.
I can tell you a little bit of what I remember if you're interested, but it's been 50 years the details are unclear, and I don't want to bore you.
I believe you are referring to the AN/AJB-7 bomb control system in the F-4. It also controlled the attitude director indicator (ADI).

A guy that worked for me and later a friend of many years had been career Air Force and a Puff pilot.
IIRC he said they used lipstick on the side window and the end of the wing to aim the beast!!! Bank it just right and hold it to keep the mini guns on target.
Ask most old Grunts about puff and they will tell of how many rounds how far apart and how fast to cover a football field...

The pilot looked out the side window and the co-pilot called out the bank angle...desired bank angle was 25 degrees. I’m pretty sure they used a grease pencil mark and not lipstick.
Yes, that is what I was referring to. I worked in aircraft instruments and the AN/AJB-7 (Abba-jabba-seven) bombing system was our responsibility.
Let's see, the components that I remember (from 50 years ago) were the ADI, the DG (Displacement Gyro), Power Supply, FDBC (Flight Director Bombing Computer), and a Timer. Seems like there was another component but I can't remember.
There was also an FDC (Flight Director Computer), but I don't think it was considered to be a part of Abba-jabba-seven. It controlled the pointers on the HSI.
