I found my camp fire theory of why the fires burned with unusual fire characteristics that were mentioned at nearly every fire update on the news every morning from the fire camp incident commanders press conferences too.
Aluminum and barium dust on everything from decades of weather modification chem trails.
Some of the stuff in this vid is contradicted by other first hand vid reports, like communication problems. Some say there is, bunch of others say no there's not.
So it seems lots of contradictory info is now the norm.
But only in Maui? Those chem trails are water vapor.
The stoners know.

And then calculate average aircraft cargo space to get a feeling for how many flights it would take to do this "daily."

I’ll go with Occam’s razor in this case. The woke electric company neglects basic maintenance because focusing on unreliable wind and solar are much more woke. Naturally occurring high winds from the trades knock down power lines (poor maintenance) and dried underbrush which should not be there (poor maintenance) resulting in electrical shorts that quickly burn and grow. Fanned by the high winds and unmaintained dry underbrush everywhere and you have an inferno out of control.

Although I don't doubt the evil intentions of the Government/Deep State, your scenario is the one I believe. Gross incompetence, is most likely the cause of this disaster. Aided by slavishly following the 'Green god', and ignoring the basics that need to be done to maintain the existing infrastructure.
But since the Government can never admit fault, they'll blame anything else (like the global warming myth). And their water carrying media will allow them to dodge the difficult questions.
