An elderly woman was brutally beaten and left unconscious on a Los Angeles street — where she was then robbed by a heartless passerby, sickening video shows.
Surveillance footage, captured by an MTA bus and released by the LAPD, shows the 86-year-old woman completely knocked out on a sidewalk in Adams-Normandie as people stand idly nearby.

Adams-Normandie is west of North University Park, where I used to live. It wasn’t a nice neighborhood then, and it probably isn’t now.
Should’ve picked our own damned cotton....
In other words, don't make plans to visit California anytime soon. Law and order is collapsing there. Criminals are emboldened. So they will do more criminal actions and get even bolder.
