Oliver Anthony is the name we know him by. He’s the viral music sensation from Virginia who wrote the overnight hit “Rich Men North of Richmond,” a song that’s struck a chord with the American working man and become an anthem against Washington, D.C. political elites.
By all accounts, Mr. Anthony seems to be a patriotic, Christian young man leading a simple life filled with hard work and faith. He’s transitioned from factory work to outside sales and clearly has a passion and talent for music. Yet, beyond these facts, we don’t know much about Mr. Anthony. That is, until now.
The artist goes by “Oliver,” but that’s not his actual name. He recently took to Facebook to open up about his real identity. He’s shared how this unexpected fame has affected his life, both in thrilling and daunting ways. Oliver has also offered some candid insights into his faith, music, the opportunities coming his way, and his intentions for this sudden success. It’s a captivating tale with some truly unexpected twists and turns.

After reading that post, many people found themselves loving and supporting him even more. It’s funny how life works — you never know who God might send your way to mend hearts and bring people together.

I watched several YouTube “influencers” (yeah,I know) and their reactions to this song and all were left stunned and touched. I am not sure some of them even understood the full meaning of who (govt) is doing the oppressing, but they were all deeply moved by the song.
I am hoping this will somehow wake some folks up. We need a spiritual awakening (first) and political… I’m praying for it daily.

You're expecting rather a lot from a phenomenon that has only taken weeks to blow up. Do we even know if YouTube is allowing him to monetize the song? Surely he will pay off his mortgage with his first extra income, and then assess what to do.
He has a better voice than many of the pros I’ve heard lately. Very appropriate at America’s funeral.
It hit YouTube 10 days ago and has 22 million plays at this point.
This messenger warns us that the Biden is hitting the Fan.
The Elites only quake if they know that their path leads to a guillotine or other place of accountability. Without Accountability there is no Justice.
The rich men north of Richmond will pay no attention to this song.

I’ve never understood why anyone would watch videos to see someone’s reaction to something. That just seems like having a second-hand life to me. But then I’m an old fart and can’t see why anyone sits around watching any videos.
