LIVE: Mike Lindell Presents ‘Election Summit’: The Plan Revealed - DAY 2 - 8/17/2023
RSBN ^ | RSBN

Posted on 08/17/2023 7:15:51 AM PDT by backpacker_c

In this two-day event, Mike Lindell will layout his unique plan to save our elections. This has never been done before in world history, and has not even previously been talked about by anyone. It does not rely on legislation, judges, or legal actions.

The stream is expected to begin at 9:30 AM ET. Note: The start time is subject to change.

Not long ago, Lindell’s voter scam allegation was debunked by a data scientist (who happened to be a two time Trump voter). Lindell was ordered to pay the data scientist $5m, per Lindell’s earlier challenge to anyone able to debunk his theories. An arbitration panel ruled against Lindell, but he is still reneging on his pledge.

Apart from this, I am repulsed that this circus barker lurks inside a random couple’s bathroom to try and sell his new and improved pillow. Creepy!

I know I am in the minority of opinion here about Lindell. I personally think he is a Conman.

I think he has been misled by a conman or conmen.

See how AT&T / DOJ gets involved during a 'national emergency', like we had in 2020 -

So they ran a normal election, because they wanted desantis to win the election.

Well, DeSantis did create Election Police, and they *DID* start arresting people for vote fraud.

I think that more than anything, cleaned up the elections in Florida.

I think the same thing would happen in a lot of states. Suddenly Republicans would be winning by 20% margins.

Yup.

It’s all connected, and they can screw with just about anything they want.

And ATT has been an extension of the government for decades.

No it wasn't, but the claim that it was has been spread all over the internet.

The guy made an un-provable assumption about the dates on the files, which will change if they are opened and saved again.

His argument is that the dates listed on the files prove they couldn't be from the time of the election, and therefore he has "disproven" them.

That’s not true. Lindell presented data which he claimed consisted of raw packet capture data proving Chinese interference in the 2020 election. The man (his name is Robert Zeidman, and he is a Trump supporter) examined the data and found that it was mostly text and pdf files. Others were enormous files of what appeared to be random numbers and letters.

I have read the man's statements in which he claimed to have proven Lindell wrong. The Crux of the man's arguments is the dates which the files were created were *AFTER* the election and therefore could *NOT* be captured election data.

This argument is incorrect on the basis that file dates can be changed and do not necessarily represent the date they were created.

Unless the man can prove the dates were never changed on the files, which he can't, he hasn't actually proven his claim.

And i've looked at the files also. Lindell was a fool to make such a bet, and the guy claiming to have proven Lindell wrong is just taking unfair advantage of Lindell's naive understanding of computer technology.

As the man made his claim in bad faith, I have no qualms about rejecting his claim using that same bad faith.

He can't prove the dates, and therefore he can't prove his claim.

Apparently the arbitrators disagree with you. "Based on the foregoing analysis, Mr. Zeidman performed under the contract. He proved the data Lindell LLC provided, and represented reflected information from the November 2020 election, unequivocally did not reflect November 2020 election data. Failure to pay Mr. Zeidman the $5 million prized was a breach of the contract, entitling him to recover."

I am not responsible for stupid arbitrators. In modern America, it seems everyone put into a position of judgement turns out to be an idiot.
