Did the FBI do the right thing? Analyzing the raid that killed a man who threatened President Biden.

Criticism of the FBI’s killing of a Utah man who had made death threats against President Joe Biden on social media quickly made its way through far-right circles with some calling it an “assassination.” But law enforcement and legal experts say based on the information available the FBI’s actions were likely appropriate and justified given the man’s access to guns and the violent specificity of his threats, which went well beyond the bounds of free speech protections.“The First Amendment only goes so far. Not all speech is protected, and he crossed a line,” said Karl Schmae, a retired FBI supervisor and special agent who worked in the FBI’s Salt Lake City division for much of his 22 years of service, including as a supervisor of the domestic terrorism squad and 10 years on the SWAT team.

I will presume the FBI acted lawfully unless evidence emerges to the contrary.

Then, you're a fool.

You trust an FBI that refused to tell a FISA court that the Russian collusion claims were based on an unverified dossier compiled by the Clinton campaign?

You trust an FBI that was involved forcing social media companies to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story during the 2020 election?

You trust an FBI that was involved in orchestrating the J6 "riots" and setting up the the protesters?

You trust an FBI involved in last year's raid on Mar-a-Lago?

No wonder you'd vote for Liz Cheney.

Meanwhile, Kathy Griffin continues to post pictures of Trump's severed head. Nothing to see here, F_I.

“”””Reports are that the FIB has had him under physical surveillance since March.

They could have grabbed him as he walked out his front door on his way to church if they wanted to.

But pre-dawn raids with full SWAT is designed to send a message to the rest of the MAGAs out there...””””

Yup. You are so correct. The other message by the Deep State is J6 arrestees who have been held for months awaiting trial and then convicted by a DC court and handed a multi-year prison sentence.

It is all about messaging and the Deep State’s message is clear.

True but it’s not their call unless Utah could prosecute his alleged crimes. What the local LEOs could do now is verify or contradict the Feebs report of the incident right down to how many shell casings were found and where were they found. But I doubt this will happen.

....and then drug his lifeless body out to the sidewalk as if it were a prized trophy. Even the mafia operates with better optics.

Compare this to the “story” of having to show respect for bin ladies burial at sea even to the extent of commissioning naval vesells for the CERAMONIAL PROCESSION.

Heard there were hundreds of agents and they sprayed him with bullets.

No, that was Waco...

Images show the aftermath of an FBI raid in Utah on the home of Craig Robertson, a
74-year-old Provo man accused of making death threats against President Biden.

“No wonder you’d vote for Liz Cheney.”

I’m pretty sure the Democratic alternative would be worse.

Would you be able to suggest a better possible Democratic alternative?

We fill in circles for many Republicans only because the alternatives would be worse.

"busting in at zero dark thirty out in the sticks"

It wasn't the sticks, it was a suburban cul-de-sac of small houses on 1/4 acre (or possibly even smaller) lots.

I’m still trying to find out who fired the first shot, SWAT or Robertson, of course SWAT probably rolled up in full Armour. Communist style.

Oh. That day! Something changed in my life the day I watched that on TV. Stunned. I knew that TPTB and Americans were adversaries. Freedom no longer existed.

“My point about taxes was I’ll formed. I just meant your taxes go to pay for it and that alone should be a motivator to shutter vast portions of government.”

Well, being a Conservative, I’m in favor of eliminating 60-70% of government jobs and agencies. It’s a massive waste of money that most Americans receive nothing in return for... and it’s a typical leftist “reaping” (raping) of the US taxpayer, which is what the leftist Democrats love to do almost more than they love lying and cheating.

R1, I was having a similar conspiracy thought about fbi and false flag operations. Mine goes like this: fbi been aware of this guy, surveilled him, was familiar with everything about him and then, when needed, schedule a Biden visit to the state and presto, “look at all these unhinged maga right wing extremists trying to assassinate our wonderful resident et al!” I'm sure they have similar victims in many states, as the need arises. Here we are today, talking about the fbi and the unhinged instead of the corrupt first family.

“get the taste of boots off your tongue”

The Republicans had two years in DC (2017,2018) to clean up the US Code so the US people would not get stomped on.

Imagine what your future electric bills are going to look like:

“Base load affected facilities that follow the CCS pathway must meet a second phase standard based on 90% capture of CO2, using CCS, by 2035”

“Baseload affected facilities that follow the low-GHG hydrogen pathway must meet a second phase standard based on co-firing 30% low-GHG hydrogen by volume by 2032 and a third phase standard based on cofiring 96% by volume low-GHG hydrogen by 2038”

“literally had done NOTHING else”

People on a government watch list are electronically monitored.

If he used a credit card for any travel expense that expense will be examined.

If he used a debit card for a possible gun purchase that purchase will be examined.

If he transfers a large sum of money, his recent activities will be examined.

If his home equity falls below a certain amount, his recent activities will be examined.

If he searchs for certain terms, his recent activities will be examined.

If he posts far more than usual, or far less than usual, his recent activities will be examined.
