Fifteen-year-old Rasheed Banks Jr. was arrested Monday in connection with a July 12 attempted carjacking that resulted in the murder of 50-year-old Michael Salerno.
Salerno was “gunned down” while trying to ward off three alleged carjackers, 6 ABC reported. All three alleged carjackers were male.
CBS Philadelphia noted that Banks was arrested by U.S. Marshals.

Police believe Banks and the other carjacking suspects circled the area where Salerno’s car was located searching for a target.

That’s the normal pattern for every “RAP” rant.
I noticed the same thing in Chicago. The older Poles, Italians, Lithuanians etc tended to stay in their old original enclaves well beyond the “safe” time to leave as the city turned awful all around them. A lot of them paid dearly for it.

There was a time in America when Rasheed and gang would have disappeared but pieces of Rasheed and gang would have been left behind as a “reminder” of what not to do and who not to mess with. And yes, those days are long gone.
He qualifies for the Krasner Walk to Freedom Deal.

But almost every ethnic group have lost their home territory be it Italian or Polish or German.....sad

Spread a rumor that he is a police snitch. When a crime gets solved, finger him as the invaluable source for the information that solved the crime.
