Two alternative explanations. 1) The mRNA manufacturers were stupid and made all kinds of mistakes, and so should be liable for civil damages. 2) The mRNA manufacturers were aware, and should be liable for criminal prosecution.
If this guy would back off the AGW he might be viable.
I was pinned down by an extended family type, a Democrat, who wanted to know who I would vote for in 2024. I replied "the greatest possible disruption" to the current state of affairs. He was not pleased with the reply.
I have been in similar positions and made similar replies.

Just for example - That $h!tbag John McCain made sure that Obamacare survived!! (Not to mention that McCain was apparently deeply involved in pushing the Steele Dossier stuff.)

Just a nit, but are we sure of the placebo definition? We think of it as being a saline shot, but as I understand it the vaccine manufacturers typically use another vaccine (or the vaccine without the antigens being evaluated) as the 'placebo'. So the placebo might not have the specific antigen being evaluated, but they include other garbage (aluminum, etc) that might trigger negative effects.
I.e., these vaccine evaluations are never tested against placebos as we think of placebos (saline shots) but against other substances that might bring their own side effects to the table.
But ignoring this nit, I commend RFK Jr in taking on the Big Pharma cartels (that own our Government and Media) - and I can overlook a lot of his leftist leanings. And as a bonus he also wants to shutdown a lot of the 3 letter agencies. But unlike President Trump, I doubt he can afford his own security force, so IF elected, I don't think he'd last very long.

Get the covid shot and not die from the virus, but, your chances go up 400% for dying with a hear attack. Hate that kind of side-effect.
Imagine how many people would have rejected the shot if the side effect was announced to be a 400% increase of dying from a heart attack.
If Ron Desantis actually wanted to win... he would take the only opening available to him. This is his only opening. He could tell the truth which he knows like RFK.
