As a general rule, a prosecutor can’t establish criminality unless he demonstrates criminal intent. For that reason, Special Counsel Jack Smith is trying to establish that President Trump knew for a fact that he had lost the election. I have a problem with Smith’s reasoning because, to this day, I am certain that Trump did not lose the election. Here is some of the evidence.
Strange ballots in Fulton County
A review of Fulton County’s 147,000 mail-in paper ballots has been continuously blocked by the Georgia Secretary of State. However, a diligent nonprofit organization (VoterGA.org) managed to get some low-resolution ballot images of Fulton’s ballots. The findings are astonishing, and entirely verifiable:
1. In Georgia, every scanned ballot has to produce two files: an image file (.tif) and an authentication file (.sha). Those two files are produced simultaneously. Yet, for more than 16,000 ballots, the authentication files were made hours or even days after the image files. How is that possible?
2. 17,724 final certified recount presidential votes have no image (.tif) files. They have no support whatever. This appears to be another impossibility because the image is needed to create a “cast vote record,” which is needed to tabulate the vote. It is possible that Fulton County discovered a ballot shortage in the recount. Rather than concede that Trump may have won, someone stuffed 17,000 paper ballots into cardboard boxes. However, the person didn’t make a scanned image of each ballot because the dates on the scans would have revealed the hoax.
3. 132,284 mail-in ballot images (.tif files) cannot be authenticated due to missing .sha files. Those are just three of the 15 findings that were itemized by VoterGA. In the 2012 presidential election there were five Colorado counties that had more votes in the presidential race than there were registered voters. Surprisingly, they all went for 0bama. My county was the lowest of these with, iirc, 104% voter participation. The worst was Summit county where, again iirc, the voter participation rate was about 150%. 0bama did not need to cheat to win Colorado, but I suspect that they were “trying things” that were part of the “fundamental transformation” of the country.
That is why I think this case will never go to trial. Trump will have the right to dredge up all these irregularities that were so blatant and people will be able to see them just before the 2024 election. Can’t have that now, can we?

One Biden supporting liberal Democrat said to me that while he didn’t believe Biden won because of cheating, even IF Biden did win thanks to voter fraud, he was OK with it just as long as it got Trump out of the White House.
And yet the election steal defenders repeat the motto that election experts say it was the most secure election ever. Then they point to the court cases. That is the sum total of their defense of the election steal. The real evidence of wide spread voter fraud has never been examined.
Inquiring minds want to know.

The Atlanta Fulton County Courthouse is gearing up for additional security to arraign President Trump on Racketeering charges stemming from the 2020 Election and the aftermath.
Isn’t this like “proving a negative”?
Trump was supposed “know” that no fraud occurred?

I was positive that the election was stolen when I went to bed on election night and Trump was up over 800k in PA and that disappeared the next morning. Then hearing the same thing happening in other states. Going forward there were many other signs of fraud that were not covered by corporate media or explained away using faulty logic or lies. There is something majorly wrong when we are asked to disbelieve our eyes nearly everyday. I guess that makes me a criminal. It’s a thought crime.
It was in Fulton County that a “water main break” forced the suspension of counting the ballots. Well, it turned out to be a leaking toilet, and counting of the ballots continued, but Republican poll watchers had been sent home because of the “water main break”.
I hope Trump’s attorneys bring up all the suspicious activities surrounding the 2020 election, including the 1,500 sworn affidavits from across the country relating to these suspicious and potentially fraudulent activities.
The entire 2020 election should be relitigated, but you can count on the crooked “judge” in this case will keep all that out.
The whole premise of this article is false. It isn’t a lie to say that there was election fraud. It is a belief, or at least, an opinion. The evidence is massive and undeniable, and the endless efforts to prevent any sort of investigation into it is just more evidence of the fraud.
Yes, it is. First, how can the State *prove* they knew what PDJT was _thinking_? They’re asserting they can. Second, even if you’ve some evidence to show that PDJT had admitted prior that he knew he lost, so what? A politician saying something they know not to be true is now a criminal act? He said on J6 to go “peacefully”. Do they really want to set a precedent that a politician can be held criminally liable for a lie if somebody else acts on that lie?
That would criminalize speech based on opinion. Politicians and media would be guilty left and right. This also gives PDJT the first real possibility of bringing fraud evidence into an actual trial.
One way or another, they’re going to regret this foolishness.

Well, I don’t know about Trump, but I sat and painfully watched the Dems/Communists steal it for 2 days.
If millions and millions of us had not actually witnessed the in-your-face steal, it might be easier to convince us Joe Biden won.
