This is a problem?

Ukrainian Air Force explains why targeting Ukrainian airfields is ineffective
Ukrainska Pravda
ROMAN PETRENKO
SUNDAY, 6 AUGUST 2023, 12:44
https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2023/08/6/7414416/

Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat has noted, in the wake of the Russian shelling of the airfield in Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, that pilots move their aircraft to other Ukrainian airfields in the event of Russian strikes.

SOURCE: Yurii Ihnat during the national 24/7 newscast

QUOTE: “This is not the first time this airfield has been attacked.

It’s the permanent base of a tactical aviation brigade.

But our aircraft are quite mobile, our pilots know how to counteract the enemy in these conditions. We have dozens of operational airfields in the country.

Therefore, the enemy will not be able to destroy our aircraft so easily...

I think our pilots will soon show them the wasp’s sting.”

DETAILS: Ihnat was referring to the protocol that enables pilots to redeploy aircraft to other airfields if there is a possibility of incoming Russian strikes.

REFERENCE: Even before the air defence systems went online and explosions began yesterday, the Air Force posted on social media that missiles were in the air and that their likely direction was Starokostiantyniv.

BACKGROUND:

-On Saturday evening, Russian troops launched Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles from Tambov Oblast and Belarus.

-Ukraine’s Air Force specified that the missiles were flying in the direction of the city of Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

-Later, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on a hit in Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

-About ten explosions were heard in Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytskyi Oblast. Smoke was visible over the city, and windows in some districts were smashed.

-Ukrainian Air Defence Forces have destroyed 13 Kalibr cruise missiles, 17 Kh-101/Kh-555 and 27 Shahed-136/131 combat drones. The Russians used a total of 70 projectiles in the air attack.

After all the times I’ve been scolded for posting something ridiculed as ‘biased’ it was a surprise to see one of the persons claiming to post the superior, reliable ‘truth’ is actually posting posting posting constantly to drum up money for the war itself through monetized BIASED YOUTUBE channels. Really, the hypocrisy is stunning. I post something by RU or Colonel MacGregor and there are horrified gasps and ridicule about ‘bias’ and yet - the same group of people are happy to support monetized channels as ‘unbiased’ gold standards.

The Ukiewar propaganda keep the grift going. America's money and weapons have been given away to our enemies. Even the weapons we have given to Ukraine are sold to ISIS. The money seldom even leaves the country but is used to prop up the Deep State.

As long as Biden's fake news lackeys continue this farce, Biden will keep shoving billions of tax dollars into this pointless war, with Ukrainians and Russians dying for no reason.

MacGregor is a poor source of analysis because he has been consistently wrong. If he had been right at some points he would get more respect.

Igor Girkin has in contrast often been correct, notably on the matter of Kherson and the state of the Donets militia, etc. His take was often perceptive, in spite of his being as anti Ukraine as its possible to be. Its a case of a bad guy being a useful source.

RU is similar to MacGregor. Moreover they are on the wrong side. They are the bad guys. Hear them, but consider the nature of the source and their track record.

Monetized channels are the entire worlds media. If you reject it all outright on that basis then you might as well live in a cave.

Correct. And the worst part about it, as far as I’m concerned, is that they rely heavily on the propaganda and outright fabrications generated by the cowardly, draft dodging, grifting filthbag Denys Danydov, who’s hiding out in Switzerland, partying his ass off, raking in crazy blood money and enjoying the good life while someone else fights in his place in Youcrayne. You cannot get any lower than that scumbag.

MacGregor is a fantastic source of analysis due to his training and experience. He's been right but is constantly attacked as if he is less accurate than CIA operative Denys Davydov because he's destroying Biden's 'narrative' - the Deep State has so much invested in the Ukraine that any who point out the truth, like MacGregor, are targeted for cancellation.

The whole 'narrative' relies on liars like Denys Davidov to falsely claim that the Ukraine is innocent when it is being used as the hub of extreme levels of evil. Bio warfare labs, bribes, graft, fraud, child trafficking, organ trafficking - so much crime in the Deep State's crime headquarters in the Ukraine, and you're defending the fake narrative that they were innocent people attacked by Russia for no reason. This after Russia went to the UN to request an investigation into the US bio warfare labs in the Ukraine which just happen to be positioned on Russian borders. The Ukraine should have accepted for the request for a UN investigation and shown the world what was there. Ah but they had so much to hide! So they denied the truth and push the narrative of lies.

Monetized channels are the entire worlds media. If you reject it all outright on that basis then you might as well live in a cave.

What I reject is Ukrainian propaganda threads cranking out around the clock to disseminate video links created fresh around the clock in order to monetize and support the Ukrainian war and propaganda effort. Those on the Ukrainian threads defending Biden's false 'narrative' shriek moral indignation with their claims of 'bias' if anything but Ukrainian propaganda is posted, and offer instead link after monetized link to keep the grift going.

The Ukrainian propaganda threads are silent support for the war dressed up as 'discussion'. Don't agree with the war in the Ukraine? Here just watch this video(propaganda) to find out for yourself; we just won't tell you that you're clicking on our monetized Ukrainian propaganda link, and therefore financially supporting the war you don't want to support.

That's why these videos are constantly new around the clock - gotta get clicks around the clock to collect money on monetized propaganda around the clock. The hypocrisy of those pushing the pro Ukraine narrative is beyond obvious to those with morals.

When has he been right?
He failed in re Kiev, the attempts to take Kharkiv, the Izyum offensive, the various attempts to break through and encircle Ukrainian forces east of the Dneiper, the Kharkiv offensive and the retaking of Izyum, Lyman, etc., the loss of Kherson and the west bank bridgehead, etc., ad infinitum.

Credibility comes from being right, having a track record, not for sounding plausible. Thats the whole point of being a pundit.

Davydov is no expert or pundit, and he says so. He’s a news presenter. Hes a very good news presenter, abd he puts most of the US ones to shame, accent and all. You can check if what he says is accurate or otherwise. And, moreover, if he calls something wrong he says so.

As for your list of horribles, everything you are piling on there is misstated, exaggerated, are asserted with no evidence, etc. Anyone so minded can generate such a bill of particulars for any country, the US included. Or, for instance, the Polish government of 1939.

The bribery and money laundering thing is particularly egregious, as we do have all the facts on the Biden affair. The fault is all on the Bidens and those parts of the US government that did their bidding. The Ukrainians in government at the time (not the current government), not particularly angelic, were the victims of US corruption, not the other way around.

And the broader record of Biden corruption across many countries puts the situation of Ukraine in context.

And what is wrong with the Ukrainian propaganda effort?

Its war. Thats what comes from the combatants in a war. Would you have been judging the output of the BBC in 1942 on the same basis, and insisting that Goebbels was right?

Orwells position on propaganda came mainly from having been on the inside at the BBC.

I awoke to my lovely first cup of espresso and notice of this "our daily thread." Amen.

I am amused by the notion that "it's war," but only some "propaganda" is correct while other is to be rejected out of hand. The positioning of the a priori shows that there is precious little "checking" going on in the moment. It seems a matter of pro-Z "confirmation bias" standing against pro-Z "confirmation bias," while the pro-Z types tryn to obscure third and forth views, such as "not my circus" and the like.

What I spent the last few minutes doing was delving into the several methods by which one can discover "from where" a content creator is operating. This is something not done, when "confirmation bias" demands it not be done.

So "from where" does content creation come? In the case of another small and weekly thread quite different than this one, the "creator" self-locates, in that case being Australia.

Denys, mom's "daily thread," originates his "content" in Switzerland, which I have now verified through three different sources. Some have alleged this to be true in previous days. I now can say it is correct as the "hacker" sorts like to look behind the scenes, so to speak.

So "give us our daily thread" prayerful mom posts the latest "news from the battlefield" from the nation which hosts Davos and the WEF, as well as some nice traditional watch makers. Denys Davydov posts from Switzerland. The posting footprint leads there. According to multiple sources.

He's about 1,300 miles distant from the battle lines. Moreover, a simple reckoning of his "daily" output of video suggests he spends some hours creating his content. At fifteen minutes for many videos, the "mom" thread enthusiasts would have to spend some hour and more a day just to watch, and listen by -- here's that word -- clicking the link.

When next someone wishes to challenge whether or not he is posting from Switzerland, I stand ready to detail the links and information. Until then, enjoy.

And as to the non-NATO war between non-NATO Ukraine and non-NATO Russia, no one -- no one -- can predict the outcome. Period. Excepting of course those who can predict the "correct" temperature of the earth a century from now, or identify the next pathogen in a next pandemic, or....

Typically if someone puts out stuff they like they are credible and if they don’t it’s cia propaganda…..

If find it amusing how many here when I ask why do you care what someone else says or believes, I get comments like I get enough from the govt I don’t need it here…., so I guess FR is supposed to be their “safe space”

As to monetized sites, agreed so what. The one I really like is complaining about people donating, well it is their money to do with as they wish.

ATP Geopolitics, Perun, and Joe Bloggs are three of my favorite and all are “monetized” and ask for donations, and I see no problem with that.

Finally I wish I was a certain about what I think I know as these people are, must be comforting, yet they are almost always very angry

I have come to FR for many years to get a variety of information and perspectives apparently that is not how it is supposed to be anymore at least according to some

Does it matter where Davydov is posting from?
All you need is the internet and the info he is receiving from wherever. He wouldnt really be closer to the battlefield if he were in some suburb of Kiev.

Most of his stuff comes from the Ukraine MOD, open source from Ukraine and Russia and Poland and wherever, and various forums like the mappers and Telegram and Twitter(X).

It saves time to have a useful fellow collect this stuff. Thats what the old time news broadcasters did. Or you could, say, hang out with a police scanner.

And you lot have the WEF and Davos on the brain. The emanations of evil do not come out of some enchanted place.

Its a local propaganda war. Why FR I dont know. This place, one would think, is as politically significant as “Model Railroader”.

--- "Does it matter where Davydov is posting from?"

It does to some and not to others.

--- "...you lot have the WEF and Davos on the brain."

That is an incorrect assessment; I think the WEF is a huge scam, a con run on other con artists. As with the first comment, they are important to "some and not to others." Rather like climate change and mRNA injections and "gender identity." Scams.

As to "emanations of evil ... of some enchanted place," I have no idea of which "enchanted place" you refer. I haven't found such. Perhaps you have. I have found evil aplenty. Pogo's commentary would fit nicely, here. As would Hannah Arendt's.

Davos is that “enchanted place”, it seems. Some people here apparently think that just by being in Switzerland (aka Mordor) one aquires the taint of evil.

For the sane among us, Switzerland is just Switzerland.

Genau. Und, ja, "die Schweiz."

One also learns of "just Switzerland" that it had its own few political pimples. Here's one....

"Volkspartei der Schweiz (VPS, 'People's Party of Switzerland') was a Swiss neo-Nazi political party founded in 1951 by Gaston-Armand Amaudruz and Erwin Vollenweider." In "Volkspartei der Schweiz."

Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkspartei_der_Schweiz

As a history buff, I assume you knew that. Richtig, oder...?
