He’s reckless,” Grenell tweeted. Grenell deleted all of his negative tweets about Trump after Trump became the Republican nominee. Grenell then began praising Trump repeatedly on Fox News and on Twitter.”

Grenell was one of Trump’s best hires. One of the very few who was competent, and didn’t turn against Trump the first opportunity he got.

Not sure I trust Wikipedia. Grenell was well liked at the State Dept. Maybe he didn’t take Trump seriously when he was running many didn’t. But, he has been loyal to Trump and could have cut abd run during J6 like everyone else.

One thing I've learned (just by observation) is that when ANY politician is asked a 'YES' or 'NO' question...even when specifically requested to answer as such, the one universal thing that they do not EVER do is answer 'YES' or 'NO'. Oh sweet Jesus...Alejandro Mayorkas...impossible...im-poss-i-ble to get him to answer Y/N. Mayorkas will give you a dissertation if you ask him "are we there yet".
