I totally admire the people of Ukraine for their great courage to face this invasion of their homeland by Putin and their resiliency to meet the consequences of to the personal destruction for families, communities and government infrastructure.
Also, consideration must be given to appreciate or ‘lionize’ President Zelenskyy for his important leadership. The demands of his presidency must address all internal infrastructure as well as direct the dynamic change for Ukraine transition into the a new international political position. His presidency incorporates a most ‘dynamic political war on ‘two fronts.’
Those detractors that would twist the concept of freedom for Ukraine by Ukrainians will continue to disparage their fight for freedom. Their only to function as distractors from the cause of this military invasion: Putin.

Seems quite an apt comment for a conservative American to make.
The game seems to be to quash any alternatives but pro-Z and pro-P, fantasizing that "we have to go to fight Russia" in an East European land war as the only alternative to things.
One may fantasize how much a land war by the US in East Europe would add to the rapidly rising $32 trillion USD debt, and whether US borders -- currently being invaded by foreigners aplenty -- might somehow be invaded by Russia with its 145 million population. Or would we do another Afghanistan, as that worked out so well. But if one is not pro-P according to the pro-Z-ers, then the only alternative is that one is a pro-P-er. As if not other stances and opinions are possible. Balderdash.
The Free Republic operators observed that there are opinions -- and wrote, of those who get attacked for not agreeing with another commenter -- "... just because he may have a difference of opinion whether or not the US government should be involved in a controversial foreign war where we were not attacked."
Why not end Russian aggression and get rid of Biden.
He's in their back pockets, and is beholden to all of them. He wouldn't be where he is without them. Their wishes, are his commands.

In a thread of 57 comments as of the moment, four have been removed. In almost all other Free Republic threads reviewed in these last weeks, NONE exhibit this behavior. Interesting. So it must be a “feature” of this particular thread, don’t you think?

Apparently, some individuals cannot ‘connect the dots’ between the offensive comments appearing this daily post regarding the Russian invasion and apparently civil thoughtful comments on other Forum posts.
Most likely, I will continue to be falsely accused.
However, I did not even get to see the objectionable comments that required removal. I do deeply appreciate Moderators that continue to work maintaining the standards of Free Republic. It apparently is becoming a thankless job. So, let me be the first to officially Thank You! LOL

It is not a coincidence that the people who attack others and then get upset when their attacks are called out are also the same personalities who support Ruzzia when it attacks other countries and then they cry when those other countries fight back.

Here is a thing I notice about your interactions with people on these threads, Reverend Mother; you try to play gatekeeper a lot.
You are always calling out other people for (in this case) using a specific word that you find objectionable. Also I've seen you nit-pick people's sources, references and even concepts.
You are frequently very quick to tell us all what "conservatives" can think and say, which is odd.
Particularly on the contentious issue of US support for Ukraine. The level of debate on this and other Ukraine War related threads shows that it's an issue over which there is little consensus among self-identified "Conservatives".
Isn't this overwhelming desire to censor and gatekeep almost the signature trait of Leftists in the current year? Deciding which ideas, words and sources are "out of bounds" and then banning people for using them?
Personally, I find "GloboHomo" to be a nice, compact and descriptive term. One can use the word without identifying as a Neo Nazi, just like you can use the word "racist" without identifying as a Bolshevik. (Even though some say it was created by Trotsky as a derogatory term for Slavic people who opposed the program of the Bolsheviks and wanted to preserve their traditional culture). You do the typical leftist thing: Word X is tied to Person Y who supports Idea Z which is similar to Idea Q which is "Neo Nazi".

"People who represent the Alt-Right" is also a pretty amorphous category. You name-check Richard Spencer, but he didn't invent the term "GloboHomo". Credit for that is usually given to fellow named Roissy who ran a blog called Cheteau Heartiste, beginning in 2007. (Many years before Richard Spencer coined the term Alt Right). Initially Cheteau Heartiste was focused around a subcluture of men who considered themselves "pick up artists" (PUA), that is men who were good at or interested in improving their success in dating attractive women. (Not my cup of tea, but for a lot of guys in their 20s and 30s it was an interesting topic).
Despite it being a somewhat weird topic, in investigating it he did a tremendous amount of original thinking, and over time his critique of "modern dating" (which is what the PUA advice was designed to clarify and simplify for men) expanded to include a lot of the other facets of our modern world.
One of things he noticed and wrote about was the relentless push by "the powers that be" to build a homogonous global culture. Everyone uses iPhones. Everyone watches Hollywood blockbusters. Status showing women all over the world desire Louis Vuitton handbags.
He also came up with a good term for "the powers that be", which is the interlocking hierarchies of the political class, academia, big media, big legal, and NGOs. He termed this conglomoration "the Cathedral". It's still a great short hand, but it didn't catch on as much as GloboHomo.
In 2019 Cheteau Hertiste was deplatformed by WordPress, but some of his writings are still available. The most interesting part of his story, to me, is that he eventually renounced the entire "pick up artist" lifestyle (for the reasons that were obvious to many that it was shallow and ultimately non fulfilling) and has embraced Christianity. So, a lot of his writing was obviously part of a search.

The thing is though, complaining about Global Homoginization is the furthest thing from Nazism. It was the Nazi's who wanted to put the whole world under a single, superior Aryan Reich. People complaining about GloboHomo would like Thai's to be able to hold on to their Thai-ness, Texans to be able to hold on to their Texas-ness, and even the French to be able to hold on to their French-ness. So, it's acutually a critique of totalitarianism, not an argument in support of it.

When you wander off into lecturing us about things you don't really have real subject matter expertise in (like the Alt Right, or GloboHomo's origin) you don't end up doing yourself any favors.

That is debatable to say the least. Nazis were very big on racial purity and ethnic separatism and very much against "race mixing." A world with master races and subject races is not a homogeneous world.
Plus, I don't think other people using the word GloboHomo think it means what you say it means.

I noticed that game when I first visited her Youke threads. That little game's a "tell" for someone who thinks they're smarter, and therefore superior, to everyone else.
I have found it to be a staple move of every sociopath I've ever dealt with. And I've had to deal with more than a few of them. What I've observed about the ones I've known is that they have average, or slightly above average, intelligence - there is nothing brilliant or remarkable about them except for their ability to tell ridiculous tales and to do so convincingly. Like for everything else in humanity there are almost certainly exceptions to this but I've personally never dealt with one who didn't "fit the mold."
All of them employ gaslighting when they get caught lying or with their hands in the cookie jar. From my perch they are "stick bugs," small individuals who use the same clever (to them) trick or two to deny reality and to spread confusion and ill will.
Through the years I've had people ask me what the best way to deal with such people is. I tell them, "run like hell," but if you can't and must deal with one use hand signals as you would to train a dog so as to set hard limits with them. It usually allows you to keep them at a safe distance.
