Hunter Biden was seen looking crestfallen as a cameraman followed the First Son onto the tarmac at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles early Friday after his plea deal sensationally collapsed.
Biden's 'sweetheart' deal over two misdemeanor tax charges blew up in court Wednesday because it contained a feature that appeared designed to impose guardrails against efforts by a potential Donald Trump administration to overturn it.
The president's son, 53, arrived at the airport about 36 hours after pleading not guilty at around 1 a.m. local time, looking dejected.
He was joined by a friend in a mustard sweater and at least one cameraman, supposedly filming him for a documentary being made by lawyer and so-called 'sugar brother' Kevin Morris.
Biden left the airport in a two-car motorcade that drove away from the tarmac within minutes of arriving.
The plea deal was set to see Biden plead guilty on two misdemeanor tax charges and a gun charge before it dramatically unraveled in federal court Wednesday, putting Hunter back in the spotlight.
U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika repeatedly torched parts of the agreement during a three-hour hearing in her Wilmington courtroom.
Among the provisions she railed against was a paragraph on any potential breach of the deal to defer prosecution on a gun charge – and who would decide if Hunter was found to have violated it.
Normally, prosecutors would make the determination. But under the language pushed by Hunter's team, if the government believes there is a 'knowing material breach' of the agreement, it would seek a determination by the U.S. District Judge in Delaware – Noreika.
They would seek a determination based on a 'preponderance of the evidence,' and if they get one could prosecute for perjury, obstruction of justice, or other criminal violations.

that the “statement of facts” included in Hunter Biden’s proposed plea deal favored the defense.....
Due to the Biden-controlled DOJ terms, it immunized Hunter
(and Joe) from prosecution for a number of offenses down the road.
The “statement of facts” points out that Hunter Biden “continued to earn money and exercise control over his personal and corporate finances” even during the 2017-2018 period where his substance abuse worsened and he failed to pay taxes.
“Certainly a significant portion of the Statement of Facts is defense-oriented,” attorney Sol Wisenberg tweeted. “This is not normal.”
Lawyer and former federal prosecutor Bill Shipley said on Twitter that he thinks there is “no way the prosecutors wrote the Statement of Facts.”
“That was written by defense counsel (more likely the WH) because there is a purpose behind it, and it’s written in a style that I have NEVER seen come from a prosecutor,” he said. “It is not something I would have ever written in a million years.”

I went back and read what happened when the Get Trump defendants were in front of Federal Judges.
The Federal Judges have Speeches and said if the white collar alleged crimes were left to stand it would be the beginning of the end of Democracy.
The said they had disdain for the Crimes. Shocked at the sums of money. One asked the Prosecutor to bring Additional charges. They said the Public should be outraged. They said they’re not hiding their “disgust and disdain.”
Two used the word “abhorrent.” And they gave lectures about how letting such crimes go would damage the fabric of the Country. Two of the charged were placed in Solitary confinement. They Federal Judges railed at the party that supported the Defendants.
WHERE IS ALL THAT HERE WITH THE DELAWARE JUDGE AND HUNTER?
Hunter has to start selling his finger paints in order to pay for the child support.

It looks like her reaction to Biden Lawyer Illegal Impersonation of a Lawyer representing the United States Congress is to have both sides come to her - and not file anything with Clerks.
She also stated in that Court Appearsnce that she didn’t have time to read the Motion from the United States House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee - the same one Hunter’s Lawyer’s had removed.
They actually had to refile hours later.
