.
I’ll just go back a couple days ago, peeps were saying she should work to disbarr Hunter’s lawyer (she is a member of the Bar) after the impersonation.

They said she was not going to stand for it.

What did she do - she admonished both sides (huge red flag) and told them no one could file with the Clerks.

Thats crazy, and she’s going to help Hunter along, instead of treating him like a criminal.

FTA——Hunter’s sweetheart plea deal was set to see Biden plead guilty on two misdemeanor tax charges and a gun charge before it dramatically unraveled in federal court Wednesday, putting Hunter back in the spotlight.

U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika repeatedly torched parts of the agreement during a three-hour hearing in her Wilmington courtroom.

Among the provisions she railed against was
<><>a paragraph on any potential breach of the deal to defer prosecution on a gun charge –
<><>and who would decide if Hunter was found to have violated it.

Normally, prosecutors would make the determination. But under the language pushed by Hunter’s team, if the government believes there is a ‘knowing material breach’ of the agreement, it would seek a determination by the U.S. District Judge in Delaware – Noreika.

They would seek a determination based on a ‘preponderance of the evidence,’ and if they get one, could prosecute for perjury, obstruction of justice, or other criminal violations.

The judge called the deal ‘not standard’ and
<><>said it might be unconstitutional
<><>by giving her a role normally fulfilled by prosecutors themselves,
<><>prosecutors who are part of the executive branch.

The judge had federal prosecutor Leo Wise read from the agreement in open court, and Politico obtained the entire document.

JUDGE: ‘I don’t want to violate the separation of powers or do anything (un)constitutional.’
<><>said she had never seen a diversion agreement ‘so broad’ that it encompasses crimes in another case.

Why wouldn’t she make time
<><>to read a motion from the US House Ways and Means Committee? -
<><>why postpone it to read later?
<><>Hunter’s Lawyers egregiously impersonated someone to make the damaging Motion disappear.

I'm sure the legal aspects of that stunning unprecedented move are all-encompassing.

She wants to make sure she has all the legal ins and outs documented;
probably has her entire staff researching it and how it can factor into her decision.

He's got both friends and lawyers with money and drugs. They will help him out of his depression.

“Well, that deal fell through. Maybe I’ll take a crack at another sweetheart deal after Dad’s friends ‘talk’ to the judge. Speaking of crack, time to light up another pipe!”

"I hope some enterprising journo bird dogs him and produces some juicy photos."

That's what is killing him slowly. Can't get his tweak on and indulge in whoring.

Those emails are full of regret, someone who would love to rat if he could cash out and go back to doing full-time what he loves to do -- get his tweak on and indulge in whoring. That is also why he is 'handled' so closely.

As I pointed out on Friday, this 'plea deal' Get Out Of Jail Free card, was set to be finalized on the first day of Congress' Summer Break.

The #MSM could have buried it. Now there's nothing else to report during Summer Break but how this judge tore up Hunter's 'plea deal' Get Out Of Jail Free card.

That tells us something. In the month and a half we conservatives had to demur this, she capitulated to some combination of the subsequent revelations of Shapley’s testimony, the smoking gun in the FD-1023, and outright pressure -- maybe even from her Trump 'class' of federal judicial appointments, who supposedly had a chummy email chain for years.

Meanwhile, if set in motion on Monday, Kevin "Fabu" McCarthy could bring Hunter back in on a Congressional subpoena at the end of Break, and have Hunter immediately arrested on perjury before Congress as he stands up to leave.

There is literally no end to the machinations that could completely end this deal if people simply have the will to follow their conscience and their jurisprudence. And before you say 'that will never happen', you are posting in a thread about precisely an event where that did happen!

Hunter has not pleaded guilty and the trial has not been held so she can’t comment on his crimes.

She asked about the scope of the plea agreement and shut it down because Hunter would have gotten a free pass.

The 30 day delay was for the prosecution and defense an opportunity to try a new plea agreement.

Based on her comments and questions, she is not going to agree to no jail time for the FARA, Felon in possession of a firearm, and other crimes. The Feds have never agreed to suspend a felon in possession of a firearm. She also said she had be er done that and was obviously clear she wasn’t going to agree to that, either.

Hunter is going to prison whether he and the Feds want it, or not. She specifically asked how letting him off on many of the available charges would be fair to those imprisoned for the same crimes.
