Chicago had the greatest number of mass shootings during that period with 141, which led to 97 deaths and 583 injuries. According to the study, Milwaukee had the highest segregation index, which tracks racial disparities in schools and neighborhoods, while Baltimore had the highest unemployment rate. Cleveland had the greatest income inequality.
The researchers think racial disparities must be caused by structural racism, and Structural Racism and its results lead to mass shootings.
If you are not a guilt-stricken white or a resentful black, you will read causation the other way: the more violent and criminal blacks become, the more white people leave for whiter pastures, and the more businesses and jobs leave the area.

I would bet that the vast majority of Blacks being killed are by other Blacks.This is 100% true. See the FBI Uniform Crime Report for any year.

And certain politicians are taking umbrage at the fact that blacks actually learned useful trades during slavery. They learned agriculture, animal husbandry, wheelwrights, blacksmithing, carpentry, weaving, bookkeeping, beekeeping, and every other skilled activity of the era. Screw the certain politicians.
