By now ya’ll have probably already watched/read the RSBN, OAN, et al. reports about President Trump’s visit last night to Alabama.
Here are a few thoughts from my perspective:
Husband and I were two of the 2700 folks in attendance. ALGOP Chairman Wahl announced that this summer’s dinner was the largest GOP event attended and raised the most funds ever. - He also mentioned the Cullman rally held in August 2021 that had 67,000(!) attendees.
Gregg Phillips and Catherine Englebrecht spoke and shared a presentation about President Trump’s uncle, John Trump the physicist. Although Mike Lindell’s presence was acknowledged by President Trump, he did not speak to the crowd. - We did see him beforehand from afar and I asked my husband if I should’ve carried in MyPillow for an autograph!😋
All statewide elected officials were announced to be in attendance, except for Sen. Katie Britt. It was stated that due to her experiencing some recent health issues (repercussion of the coof jab?), she was unable to attend but her husband and mother(?) were there.
Senator Tommy Tuberville was awesome! He even acknowledged that he saw some folks from UAT (University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa - my descriptor, not his😁) standing up and clapping for him.😆

President Trump’s talk began earlier than previously planned and was shorter than at the two rallies I attended in Cullman and in Dalton, GA, January 2020. He was, as is typical, on fire in expressing that he will not back down in his support for/belief in US, our country, and our Constitution! He spoke specifically to Alabamians about the need for a widened I-65 corridor!

The event was a blast, and I am grateful to my husband for his combined early birthday and anniversary (38 years next month🥰) gift to me!
This article was posted, in full or partially (can’t remember) by rodguy911 a while ago. I read it carefully and although some beyond my pay grade, it made sense to me. a3: it was important to remove that process entirely and continue the fraud and certify the fraud with no detractors on record. This effectively gives no standing for a scotus ruling appeal! understand this. If those two motions, even just one had successfully been voted EVEN IF THE MOTIONS were DENIED IN VOTE, this gives those who presented them with STANDING FOR A CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL ARGUMENT BEFORE SCOTUS. Understand this.
q4: could this have been done some other way other than creating a crisis/protest?
a4: unlikely….In order to prevent those two motions, requires that speaker of the house, minority leaders, and the president of the congress (vice president of the united states: pence), to NOT BE PRESENT IN THE CHAMBERS. Once the capitol police and other “law enforcements agents” informed the speaker and these three other individuals, pelosi UNILATERALLY UNDER EMERGENCY RULES, suspended the business of the congress. This protest was necessary ..the crisis was created..because there is no other way to suspend the business of certification UNILATERALLY. By creating a crisis…invokes emergency procedures. No other circumstances other than war or mass simultaneous explosive diaahrea can create such unilateral speaker delivered suspension of the certification.
