And the Pilot Truck Stop near that exit had a sign up for $6.99/gal diesel last year. It has since come down a little bit, but not much.

When growing up in 1970’s would visit Mom’s family in Scranton
There was a stretch of highway where had signs telling people to close windows and not slow down or stop = there were burning mounds of coal slag - the stench from the burning sulfur was overwhelming
Was like vision of Hell

I think it’s funny how is only about 2 miles long and stops you into a pretty crappy neighborhood by the hospital.
