Ladies, if you’re hitting up a Chipotle in Fort Myers, Florida you might want to reconsider sending your husband to pick up the order. There’s allegedly a husband stealing employee at one of the locations.
According to several Yelp reviews there’s a woman by the name of Lucy who likes to seduce married men. The controversy appears to have started last month when the first review warning women of the husband stealing employee popped up.
The warning was not the only one. There were several all pointing the finger at a mystery employee named Lucy, who allegedly has a thing for married men and who might actually be the figment of someone’s elaborate imagination.
The first review/warning reads, “Don’t send your husbands here to “pick up chipotle.” Next thing you know, Lucy is going to seduce them into sleeping with her like she has with multiple married men! You have GUAC to be kidding me!”
Another backs up the claim made about the employee, “Lucy is a pig, she slept with my husband too. They need better customer service that doesn’t involve my bed. The guac sucks too!!”
“Stay far away,” the third one star review warns. “Lucy the GM or whatever position she is in– she likes to sleep with married man AKA her customers.”
Since the reviews, which are still up on Yelp, and the “controversy” surrounding them were brought to the internet’s attention thanks to this tweet, the location has been flooded with more “reviews.”
So many that the page now has an “Unusual Activity Alert” pop-up message. It informs visitors to the page that Yelp has “temporarily disabled” the ability to leave a review.

Lol
Possibly. And of course, the husbands are completely blameless. I’ll bet she gets hit on a lot.
This sounds like a Urban Myth. It’s a good story, and makes you think about it, but if “Lucy” is that well known, that infamous at Husband Stealing, she would have been either suspended, fired or transferred by her Regional Manager or “Whacked” by one of the Watchful Wives, video already uploaded.
Everyone has their notion as what this “Lucy” would look like. I say she must be a Redhead, natural or bottle.
She wears her uniform shirt with first three buttons left unbuttoned. She pops her gum while taking orders!
“She pops her gum while taking orders!”
Maybe I’m too old for this, but that would be a turnoff right there.
Lucy doesn’t have to explain Jack (cheese, that is).
Yelp allows folks to say most anything, even if not true about the business in question.
I have been to a greasy spoon burger joint out by Lake Tawakoni in East Texas. The Yelp reviews accused them of everything under the sun after they came out against one of the many gay related threats - a Chik-fil-a protest IIRC. All they did was to support Chik-fil-a.
Most of the one star reviews were from California - I suspect that they couldn’t find this place using google maps. If I hadn’t been there I would think “meh”.
It was a deliberate attempt to hurt their business.
Now, as to Lucy the star of the Ft Myers Chipotle drama team, maybe she has a thing for married men, maybe not. I strongly suspect that the only way for her to be mentioned by name in this many reviews is for a Yelp piling-on session. An obsession by one jealous woman.
I mention great servers by name in my Yelp reviews. Chipotle is not one of those places I even notice the name tag.
Also, most Yelp reviews are by an older crowd ... just doesn’t pass the smell test.
Not much different that the extravagant prose that follows “Haribo sugarless gummy bears” reviews on Amazon.
Oh no you din’t........
Somebody doesn’t love Lucy.
>An obsession by one jealous woman.<
It could also be:
A management trainee who got busted out of training,
A former girlfriend of Lucy’s current boyfriend,
Lucy trying to drum up business for her store.
I’m wondering if the customer base has now increased mostly with married men looking for a quick squeeze.

As I sit here tonight, the jukebox playin’
The tune about the wild side of life
As I listen to the words you are sayin’
It brings memories when I was a trusting wife
It wasn’t God who made honky tonk angels
As you said in the words of your song
Too many times married men
Think they’re still single
That has caused many a good girl to go wrong

Way back when the words to a song were important.
Not a great memory. It’s on my classic country music play list. I listen to it often. Country music made past the 70s sounds like rap to me.
